Systemy oceny pracowników i motywowanie są jednymi z wielu elementów zarządzania personelem w organizacji. Systemy ocen okresowych pracowników, coraz częściej są stosowane w organizacjach, jako ujednolicone i sformalizowane procedury, które służą zwiększeniu obiektywności opinii wyrażanych na temat efektywności i postaw ocenianych osób. W artykule przedstawiono znaczenie systemu ocen okresowych pracownika w procesie motywowania.

Assessment systems of employees and motivating are ones among many of elements of managing the staff in the organization. Temorary assessments systems of employees are more and more often applied as standardized and formalised procedures in organizations which serve increasing the objectivity of opinion of expressed about the effectiveness and attitudes assessed persons. In the article meaning of the system of term assessments of the employee was described in the process of motivating.
