The aim of this article is to analyse and evaluate some aspects of financing the development of employees' professional qualifications within the Human Capital Operational Programme. The object of this study are issues connected with the chosen priority within each the training projects which provide training for employees in enterprises are carried out. A part of this article presents the role of the EU trainings by identifying the effects of the training projects within the Human Capital Operational Programme on example of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian voivodship. The source material for this thesis includes literature on management, programme documents concerning the functioning of structural funds and reports from the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Office of the Marshal concerning the implementation of regional component of Human Capital Operational Programme in the period of 2007-2013.

Research concerning workaholism proves that its long-term impact is disparaging to all the constituents of human capital, i.e. expertise, abilities, skills, health, motivation, attitude and values. Therefore, it is essential to encourage anti-workaholic management of the capital by counteracting both workaholism and the existence of particular types of workaholics by means of the prevention and intervention (minimizing its effects). The paper analyses eight personal functions executed in three different time horizons (shortterm, mid-term and long-term). The analysis was based on eight different workaholic typologies. The hypothesis was proved which assumed that lowering the risk of workaholism as well as diminishing its results and reducing the number or its analysed types may be effected by all the personal functions (i.e. a diagnosis of the existent headcount, determining the job requisition, recruitment, allocation of organisational roles to employees, performance appraisal, staff development, internal communication, remuneration and dismissal of staff) and embrace all the above mentioned time perspectives.

W opracowaniu zanalizowano dochody realne w 2006 r. pracowników sektora przedsiębiorstw oraz emerytów i rencistów z pozarolniczego systemu ubezpieczeń społecznych i rolników indywidualnych. Problem miesięcznej dynamiki tych dochodów oraz ich komponentów (dochodów nominalnych i cen) przebadano metodą rg — nieważonej średniej geometrycznej oraz metodą r — uwzględniającą sumę wyrazów szeregu chronologicznego. Otrzymane wyniki pokazały korzystną dynamikę dochodów realnych, w szczególności w porównaniu do sytuacji w tej kwestii w 2005 r. (abstrakt oryginalny)

In the study the real income of business sector employees and pensioners from no agricultural insurance system and the individual farmers in the year 2006 were analyzed. The problem of monthly dynamics of those income and their components (the nominal income and prices) were tested using rg - the method of geometrical mean and the method which includes the sum of chronological series terms. Received results showed the F advantageous dynamics of real income, especially in comparison with the situation in 2005. (original abstract)
