W praktyce metodę ABC stosuje się, gdy chcemy wyeliminować zjawiska o największej częstotliwości występowania i przyczyny tworzenia największych kosztów. Jest narzędziem umożliwiającym hierarchizację czynników wpływających na dane zjawisko. W artykule przedstawiono znaczenie metody ABC w doskonaleniu jakości zarządzania.

In practice we apply the ABC method when we want to eliminate phenomena about the greatest frequency of appearing and the reason for creating expensivenesses. It is a tool enabling the hierarchization of factors affecting data. In the paper was described meaning of the ABC method in improving the quality management.
