Legislation plays a special role in social inclusion. The law provisions can validly influence the behaviour of their recipients. For this reason, it is essential that their content arouses the minimum doubt. Properly designed regulations can have a significant impact on improving the situation of people with disabilities so as to help them in everyday functioning in society. The aim of the study is to analyze legal solutions concerning reha-bilitation of relief in income tax for individuals in terms of their correctness and efficiency.

Przepisy prawa odrywają szczególną rolę w inkluzji społecznej. Mogą one w sposób wiążący wpływać na zachowania ich adresatów. Z tego powodu poprawnie skonstruowane przepisy mogą w sposób znaczący wpływać na poprawę sytuacji osób niepełnosprawnych tak, by pomóc im w codziennym funkcjonowaniu w społeczeństwie. Celem opracowania jest analiza rozwiązań prawnych dotyczących ulgi rehabilitacyjnej w podatku dochodowym od osób fizycznych pod kątem ich poprawności i skuteczności.
