Stwierdzono, że konieczne jest prowadzenie intensywnych badań nad przyczynami i naturą kryzysów w celu opracowania systemu możliwie wczesnego ostrzegania przed nimi i zapobiegania im.

The article presents causes the calling out crises such how the expansive money leading to rise of dangerously high budget deficit policy. It was affirmed, that is necessary the leadership of intensive investigations over causes and the nature of crises in aim of study of possibly early system warning before them and the prevention them.
