Artykuł podejmuje problematykę badań strukturalnych. Autor zauważa, że w odniesieniu do analizy struktur ekonomicznych pewne zjawiska ekonomiczne charakteryzują się asymetrią, co nie znajduje właściwego odzwierciedlenia w rozważaniach teoretycznych na płaszczyźnie analizy struktury. Następnie wprowadza nową koncepcję oceny podobieństwa struktur i oceny zmian strukturalnych, przeprowadzając egzemplifikację zaproponowanych metod analizy struktury dla przedsiębiorstwa handlowego sprzedającego wyroby o różnych jednostkach miary. The author of this article states that the notion "structure compatibility" and the notion "structural changes" shall he distinguished, in relation to the fact that some structural changes in economy have symmetric character and others don't have this feature al all. In this context, it seems to be necessary to separate different measures for both of the notions. Classical structure 's vectors require summability of amount vector components, which is not always possible because of the fact that denominate numbers can occur as amount vector components. The author presents a new conception based on transition from the amount vector to the dynamic vector, what eliminates the problem of amount vector components non-additivity. This approach enables a new measure construction not only for "structural changes" but also for "structure similarity", whereas both of them are normalized quantity. (original abstract)

W zubożałym społeczeństwie wzrasta skala potrzeb, na zaspokajanie których nie wystarczają dochody z pracy, a dostępne świadczenia socjalne są skromne i nie zawsze wystarczają na zapewnienie określonego minimum. Sygnalizowane procesy można prześledzić na przykładzie różnych kategorii wielkościowych miast czy też regionów. W opracowaniu zwrócono uwagę na trzy ośrodki miejskie średniej wielkości, usytuowane w Polsce południowo-wschodnie, a odznaczające się w znacznym stopniu monofunkcyjnością gospodarczą. Problematyka badawcza artykułu skupia się na obserwacji zmian zachodzących w sferze gospodarczej wybranych wielkich miast oraz ich otoczenia. Celem artykułu jest porównanie procesów zmian w strukturze gospodarczej wybranego miasta do procesów zmian w strukturze gospodarczej najbliższego otoczenia, na przykładzie czterech wybranych obszarów. W pierwszej części analizy przebadano proces adaptacji struktur podmiotów gospodarczych stworzonych na podstawie sekcji PKD 2007. W drugiej części analizy przeprowadzono badanie struktur podmiotów gospodarczych nowych sektorów gospodarki, wyodrębnioną na podstawie działów sekcji J, K i M. W opracowaniu zastosowano metody badania struktur, uwzględniające intensywność, szybkość i monotoniczność zachodzenia zmian w okresie od 2009 r. do 2015 r.

Changes in the economic structure are the result of the adaptive changes of individual companies and entire industries. The aim of the paper is to compare the processes of change in the economic structure of the city to the processes of change in the economic structure of its immediate surroundings. The study used methods of testing structures, taking into account the intensity, the speed and the monotonicity of changes during the period 2009-2015. In the first part of the paper are information about the process of adapting economic, the legitimacy of considering the territory of the city along with neighboring areas. Then the article focuses on the interpretation of the analysis’s results and the comparison of adaptation processes in the cities and in the vicinity. These results concern the structure of companies by section by NACE rev. 1.2 and by division of sections J, K and M representing the new sectors of the economy. The study selected 14 districts included in the four areas.

W artykule postawiono pytanie o zależności strukturalne pomiędzy gopodarką członków kartelu, jakim jest Organizacja Krajów Eksportujących Ropę Naftową (OPEC). Przedmiotem zainteresowania są zależności głębsze aniżeli wynikające wyłącznie z umów dotyczących handlu ropą naftową, gdyż obejmujące relacje pomiędzy zbiorami wielu zmiennych opisujących gospodarkę członków kartelu. Przeanalizowano 11 cech gospodarki państw OPEC w latach 1960-2002.

The article describes dependencies between economy of cartel on the base of 11-dimension time series representing countries associated in the OPEC organisation. To select dominant components for functioning an economy of mentioned-above countries a method of main components was applied. On the basis of results of the first components for particular countries these countries were grouped having regard to the Ward's method. Then surveyed dependencies between economy of representatives of selected groups of countries with using a canonical analyse. The article considers a dependency of generalised variance of correlation matrix of series representing economy of the state from the highest value of the matrix. This dependency interpreted in energetic categories. (original abstract)
