W pracy przedstawiono zagadnienia dotyczące zarządzania proekologicznego truciznami występującymi w środowisku naturalnym i powodującymi jego degradację. Uwzględniono także główne źródła emisji zanieczyszczeń oraz zagrożeń ekologicznych. Biorąc pod uwagę fakt, że człowiek egzystuje w środowisku naturalnym, uwzględniono oddziaływanie wybranych trucizn na organizm człowieka. Pomimo znacznej świadomości i edukacji ekologicznej społeczeństwa, do środowiska nadal trafiają substancje, przedmioty, trucizny, które powodują jego degradację. Wprowadzenie odpowiednich dyrektyw przez Unię Europejską i zarządzeń Ministra Środowiska pozytywnie wpływa na jakość środowiska, w którym żyjemy. Jednak fakt istnienia zagrożeń ekologicznych jest nadal niepodważalny. Korzystając z dóbr środowiska należy koniecznie pamiętać o zasadach zrównoważonego rozwoju.

The study presents issues relating to eco-friendly management of poisons found in the natural environment that cause its degradation. It also considers the main sources of pollution and ecological threats. Since a human being exists in the natural environment, we have taken into account the influence of chosen poisons on a human body. Despite considerable ecological awareness and education of the society, still substances, objects and poisons reach the natural environment degrading it. Implementing proper directives by the European Union and resolutions by the Minister of the Environment has a positive influence on the quality of the environment we all live in. Nonetheless, the fact that ecological threats exist is unchangeably indisputable. When taking advantage of the benefits of the natural environment, one must remember about the principles of sustainable development.
