System jest udokumentowany i dostosowany do możliwości i potrzeb przedsiębiorstwa, tworzy nową - skuteczną jakość. W artykule została podjęta próba oceny wpływu systemu zarządzania jakością na funkcjonowanie Ośrodka Doradztwa Rolniczego oraz identyfikacji korzyści wynikających z jego wdrożenia.

The quality management system is assisting managing in the company. Enforcing him is involving becoming known in it of new notional categories he is establishing and is formalizing procedures of action. The system is substantiated and adapted for the possibility and needs of the enterprise, is creating new - effective quality. In the article a taken attempt of the evaluation of the influence of the quality management system stayed for functioning of the Centre of the Agricultural Consulting and the identification of resulting benefits from implementing him.
