Rekrutacja pracowników stanowi część zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi, jednak nie można o niej powiedzieć, że stanowi jej mało istotną część, a wręcz przeciwnie, jej rola w zarządzaniu zasobami ludzkimi jest bardzo duża. Niezależnie od bezpośredniej przyczyny podjęcia rekrutacji elementem procesu powinno być jego odpowiednie zaplanowanie i przygotowanie, a w przypadku planowania rekrutacji punktem wyjścia jest najczęściej zapoznanie się z opisem stanowiska pracy. W artykule przedstawiono uwarunkowania procesu pozyskania pracowników do organizacji.

The article presents the process of recruitment of employees for an organization.
