The complexity and the uncertainty of surrounding companies cause that in the theory and the practice of managing the company constant seeking concepts, serving building development paths and achieving the competitive advantage. People are providing the organization their work, talents, the artistic work and the energy. Without employing the human factor no enterprise would have chances to succeed. In the article a significance of motivating in the process of the resource management was described.
