The paper presents the concept of study of physical education specialists’ continuous professional training on the acmeology basis. The concept put a set of methodological and theoretical provisions for defining the strategy of solving research problems. The leading study idea is based on the assumption that physical education specialists’ continuous training should be aimed at forming their acmeological competence (such as motivational, cognitive-acmeological, acmeological-activity and personal), the development of their professionalism and the ability to self-improvement. Thus, the concept of acmeological principles study of physical education specialists’ continuous professional training is based on the principles of comprehensive, systematic, competence, acmeological, anthropological, existential and activity approaches. Acmeological approach assumes that Acme and self-fulfillment is not the perfect images, but constant movement through the ratio of the real characteristics of human development with an optimal model of self-development. The person not only realizes him/herself, making a choice between ways of reproductive development; he/she qualitatively transforms him/herself, removing psychological barriers, rethinking life expectancy, looking for opportunities for development acmeologically significant qualities, producing personal development trajectory. Acmeological approach allows theoretically conceptualize the nature of personality as a subject of self-development. From the point of view of the acmeological approach the subject of self-development is the space between two poles – from the real, often non-optimal to the perfect means of self-organization The concept of the study of acmeological foundations of continuous professional training of physical education specialists is constituted of various system components of the subject – subject relationship (teacher-student, student-student, administration-student, etc.) as a factor of student-centered education (the training of a competitive graduate at labour market) and the result of specialist training, professional growth and self-improvement. Prospects of further studies in this direction are to determine criteria and levels of formation of components of acmeological competence of physical education specialists in the continuous professional training on the basis of acmeology.

The author takes up the position that training of competent teachers requires taking into account their ability and talent. The article, by means of theoretical teaching research methods, reveals the essence of the "musically gifted student" concept. Nature of musical talent has been established and talent manifestations peculiarities in musically gifted students have been considered according to various authors. The author believes a musically gifted student to be a personality possessing a higher level of musical abilities, accompanied by high achievements in musical activities, and requires appropriate conditions for their development and manifestation, as well as a special curriculum. Nature of musical abilities and talent is seen as an innate feature of a personality that is developed and manifested in its activity, and is a necessary condition for its success. Peculiarities of talent manifestations in musically gifted students are considered in a different way by every scholar. However, the best list of proper personality features, according to Vasilyeva N. V. is suggested by Poluboyaryna I. I., because it takes into account the specific nature of musical activity. Thus, the author says that musically gifted students are distinguished by motivated and creative orientation and activity, desire for self-education, need for appreciation of their own activities, communicativeness, creative abilities, etc. The outlined material will assist teachers in searching new approaches to organizing the academic process for musically gifted students of teachers training universities. Taking into account the specific nature of musical activities and peculiar features of musically talented students will improve the professional training of future teachers. In her further activity, the author intends to follow the above mentioned positions and, basing on the essence of "creativity" and "Music academic activity" concepts, direct her attention to the peculiarities of music and academic creativity of musically gifted students at teachers training universities.

The author defines the terms of management efficiency by training teachers in the framework of philosophical and anthropological doctrine and establishes the constituent components of the process of teachers training management. The study used the interpretational and analytical method and critical-constructive analysis. With the help of these methods it is established that the conditions of effectiveness of management of teachers training in the framework of philosophical and anthropological doctrine are: improved management attention due to the differentiated needs of students and teachers; management in the context of student-oriented goals, strategy, structure; accounting natural abilities of the individual in the process of innovation; increased attention to the harmonization of relations and interaction between the subjects of the pedagogical process. Management of the teachers training process on the basis of philosophical and anthropological doctrine promotes humanistic outlook, the components of which can be considered as an organic focus for each person as having some value and inalienable rights and responsibilities; recognition of anthropological values (life, physical and mental health of students, respect for their rights and freedoms) as a priority; the formation of the valuable relation to each day and the period of life; recognition and the organic perception of humanistic education (integral development of man as a person, harmony with nature, society, by itself, create a comfortable emotional conditions in an educational institution). It is focused on education as an important component of the educational process, as well as interaction, dialogue, mutual movement of students and teachers to meet each other; awareness that successfully train and educate only in conditions of mutual respect. The results can be used in the preparation of curricula on pedagogy and history of pedagogy, in the writing of textbooks and manuals for students. Prospects for further research within the philosophical and anthropological doctrine are: the problem of a child development in the preschool period, since significant anthropological load can be detected only in the first years of his life and can be indexed by anthropogenic measurements needed for the study of the psychology of the student; philosophical and anthropological acmeology doctrine in training and education, methodological problems of vital and creative personality, phenomenological and cultural anthropology in education, which opens the possibility of cross-cultural comparative studies of the anthropological approach.

The article describes the theoretical basis of creative potentialof the teachers. Creativity is considered as factor in the success of creative development and self-identity of a teacher in the process of continuous pedagogical education. We defined, that creative teacher is a person who has high level of pedagogical creativity, knowledge and skills that ensure his effective educational activities and develop the potential creative possibilities of pupils. The basis of the creative style of the teacher are such indicators as imagination, creativity, thinking, the ability to take initiative, open-mindedness, communicative, flexible thinking, the ability to change, methodological competence and others. The levels (high, enough, low) of creative development of a primary school teacher are identified and their characteristics are described. In the article the results of experimental study of influence of social Internet network are presented on creative development of a primary school teacher in the system of continuous pedagogical education. We have determined that the use of social Internet networks in professional activities of aprimary school teacher intensively develop creativity. Acmeological basis of these creative approaches to creative teacher development are grounded.One way of creative self-development of a teacheris a social online network.Social Network is a structure based on human relations or shared interests through a network of people engaged in contact with each other and grouping by specific interests. Email addresses are sites where a primary school teacher can help find and develop creativity in professional activities. The article presents the sites, forums for teachers of primary school, where teachers can share experiences, ask advice from colleagues, and communicate on educational topics. The methods of creative potential formation of primary school teachers by means of the use of the social Internet network are proposed.We defined thatcontinuous use of social networks of the Internet promotes breadth of teacher thinking, constant search for optimal solutions and original tasks, making creative style of thinking, the development of creativity, imagination developed, always striving to achieve effective results and continuous improvement. The use of Internet resources in professional activities can not only help teachers find a rational way out of any educational situation, but also offers the highest form of human behavior – creativity, which is a universal prerequisite for acquiring spiritual integrity means to discover the essential powers of the individual.

W artykule przedstawiono źródła wiedzy o rozwoju profesjonalnym człowieka zgromadzonej w akmeologii – nauce o rozwoju człowieka dorosłego na przestrzeni całego życia. Zaprezentowano ideę synergii podmiotowej trzech podstawowych sfer aktywności człowieka: poznania, działania i komunikacji interpersonalnej. Na przykładzie holistycznego podejścia do rozwoju człowieka przeanalizowano treść stanu akme i możliwości jego osiągnięcia w rozwoju profesjonalnym. Przedstawiono możliwości zastosowania zasad i technik akmeologii dla badań profesjologicznych w aspekcie stawania się profesjonalistą i dążenia do kulminacji rozwojowej.

The paper presents the sources of knowledge about professional development of man acquired by acmeology – the science dealing with the development of man considered as a subject of activity over his lifetime. The idea of subject synergy is shown for three main spheres of man activity: cognition, communication and professional activity. The analysis of the man development is carried out in terms of holistic approach.
