The aim of the article is to introduce the reader to the importance of professional ethics in work, andragoga. This is getting of particular importance in occupations that affect individuals and whole social groups. Therefore, it is worth reminding that ethics plays a significant role in professional work as well as in personal life.

In the article the author tried to answer the question: how to effectively organize the process of education of students with disabilities, based on its own reflections, their own professional experience and their own search research. The aim of the study was to justify the special role of lifelong learning and improvement workshop andragog in the process of education of students with disabilities. It also stressed the importance of revalidation of andragogy in research on disability. Selection of appropriate methods and forms of education was considered a valuable source of effectiveness of the educational process of revalidation. Leading research used diagnostic survey method and technology research – an analysis of documents, interview technique and the technique of observation.

W artykule autorka starała się odpowiedzieć na pytanie: w jaki sposób skutecznie organizować proces kształcenia studentów niepełnosprawnych, opierając się na autorefleksjach, własnym doświadczeniu zawodowym i własnych poszukiwaniach badawczych. Celem badań było uzasadnienie szczególnej roli edukacji ustawicznej i doskonalenia warsztatu pracy andragoga w procesie edukacji studentów niepełnosprawnych. Podkreślono również znaczenie andragogiki rewalidacyjnej w badaniach nad niepełnosprawnością. Dobór odpowiednich metod i form kształcenia uznano za cenne źródło efektywności procesu edukacji rewalidacyjnej. Prowadząc badania naukowe wykorzystano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego i techniki badawcze – analizę dokumentów, technikę wywiadu i technikę obserwacji.

The Church's catechetical document indicate a necessity of religious education of people who are at any period of their lives. In consequence, also people facing the end of their lives should be included in it. It seems that such people need a lot of spiritual support and of waking their hope in the situation when one's strength and living perspectives are getting weaker. The pilgrimage movement offering coach trips to sanctuaries and places where religious cult is practiced is a chance of religious education of such people. The reason for it is the fact that a pilgrimage has the same stages as human life. In order to make such education possible an educated and competent catechist is necessary, who knows the arcana of work with people of advanced age.

The paper will be presented the issue of knowledge management and talent in the company. As part of this management plays a special role training of human resources, which allows you to fully develop their potential employees and unleash creative attitude and innovation. Improvement of employees is important issue of andragogy or pedagogy adults. Adult, despite the ongoing process of biological aging, lifelong learning has considerable potential for growth and learning opportunities. Teaching adults, however, requires application of the laws of andragogy and adult developmental psychology. The paper will present examples of modern educational strategies for adults.

W niniejszym artykule autor stawia główną tezę, że w procesie zarządzania wiedzą i talentami oraz doskonalenia kadr w przedsiębiorstwie konieczne jest uwzględ-nienie zasad uczenia się dorosłych, osiągnięć współczesnej andragogiki oraz psycho-logii rozwoju w ciągu całego życia (life-span psychology). Artykuł napisany został w zasadniczych ramach teoretycznych nauki o zarządzaniu. Znajduje się ona oczywi-ście pod dużym wpływem ekonomii, stanowi jednak odrębną, autonomiczną dziedzinę nauki, na którą coraz silniejszy wpływ mają takie dyscypliny społeczne, jak psychologia, socjologia, politologia i pedagogika.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Policy commissions the preparation of information about particular professions for the needs of the labour market. In this article, I would like to present some remarks that have come to my mind after studying the publication INFORMATION ABOUT PROFESSION Andragogue (235101) which was created as a part of the project entitled Developing, supplementing and updating information about occupations and its dissemination using modern communication tools – INFODORADCA +, and was co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund (go to INFODORADCA+. Downloaded from: http://www.infodoradca.edu.pl/pdf/235101_Andragog.pdf (Access: 21.08.2021)). In this study – 21 pages long – I noticed many shortcomings, which I present in detail in the text under the above title.
