Te article contains an analysis of the current state of religious upbringing , with particular emphasis on educational work of the Church. Aſter the release of upbringing as a constant practice of the Church community in a historical perspective , it draws attention to contemporary conditions and the opportunities they offer Christian formation . Te author stresses the supporting role of the Church in the formation of children and young people , present to the various challenges of the present . Also recalls the need for integration of basic educational environments - family , church and school.

Artykuł zawiera analizę aktualnego stanu formacji religijnej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem działalności wychowawczej Kościoła. Po ukazaniu wychowania jako stałej praktyki wspólnoty kościelnej w perspektywie historycznej, zwraca uwagę na współczesne uwarunkowania i oferowane przez nie możliwości wychowania chrześcijańskiego. Autor podkreśla wspierająca rolę Kościoła w formacji dzieci i młodzieży, aktualną wobec różnorodnych wyzwań współczesności. Przypomina także o konieczności integracji działań wychowawczych podstawowych środowisk – rodziny, Kościoła i szkoły.
