The paper deals with the concepts of GOOD and BAD as reflected in the Bulgarian lexical system within the framework of the Cognitive Metaphor Theory, developed by Lakoff and Johnson. The study claims that the concepts of GOOD and BAD are undoubtedly grounded in human experience but are conceptualized by means of metaphors as such concepts do not exist objectively in the physical world but result from human understanding of it. The cognitive metaphors discussed in the paper are studied with reference to human understanding of order, orderliness and disorder, chaos in the world.

Kategorie DOBRA i ZŁA w języku bułgarskim na podstawie wyobrażeń o ŁADZIE i PORZĄDKU oraz NIEPORZĄDKU i CHAOSIEW artykule poddano analizie koncepty DOBRA i ZŁA, odzwierciedlone w systemie leksykalnym języka bułgarskiego, z perspektywy kognitywnej teorii metafory G. Lakoffa i M. Johnsona. Badanie opiera się na założeniu, że koncepty DOBRO i ZŁO należą niewątpliwie do bezpośredniego doświadczenia ludzkiego, ale mimo to podlegają metaforyzacji dzięki faktowi, że nie istnieją obiektywnie, lecz są wynikiem ludzkiego rozumienia świata. Analiza zebranego materiału prowadzi do wniosku, że przedstawione w opracowaniu kognitywne metafory bazują na pojęciach ładu i porządku oraz nieporządku i chaosu w świecie.

Artykuł stanowi próbę przełożenia zasad stosowanych z powodzeniem w psychoterapii Gestalt do praktyki ZZL. Opisano w nim wiele możliwości wykorzystania popartych naukowo podejść, które mogą przyczynić się do wzrostu potencjału zarówno pracownika, jak i menedżera. W pierwszej części została opisana idea psychoterapii, kolejno – psychoterapia w podejściu Gestalt, a następnie – możliwości wykorzystania podejścia Gestalt w praktyce ZZL, m.in. poprzez wzrost samoświadomości, formy pracy z ciałem i emocjami, zwiększenie poziomu odpowiedzialności, roli wyznaczania figury i tła oraz zaspokajania potrzeb, a także unikanie etykietowania i nastawienie na rozwój. Autorzy odwołują się w nim nie tylko do klasycznych źródeł z psychoterapii Gestalt, lecz również do najnowszych wyników badań psychologicznych, które potwierdzają skuteczność stosowanych od lat sposobów pracy z klientem w tym ujęciu.

The article is an attempt to transferring principles successfully applied in Gestalt psychotherapy to human resource management practice. It presents many possibilities for using scientifically–based approaches that could contribute to the potential growth of both an employee and a manager. The first part consists of a characterization of psychotherapy as concept, followed by psychotherapy using the Gestalt approach, and it ultimately moves on to present potential possibilities for applying the Gestalt approach in human resource management—e.g., self–awareness growth, working with the body and emotions, increasing the level of responsibility, the role of setting figures and ground, and meeting needs as well as avoiding labeling and promoting a growth–oriented mindset. Not only do the authors draw on classic sources of Gestalt psychotherapy, but they also refer to the newest psychological studies that confirm the effectiveness of techniques for working with a client that have been applied in the Gestalt approach for many years.
