The integration of various, often unrelated, databases, can contribute to the improvement of many processes. Similar solutions can also be seen within the management of funding streams. The system is intended to support the flow of applications to finance scientific activity. Therefore, its efficient functioning is a crucial factor for researchers looking for financial resources for their research. The integration of many separate systems monitoring the state of science in Poland into one cohesive system will have a significant impact on improving the processes of providing financial support for scientific activity. Moreover, it will significantly reduce the length of the administrative processes.
