W artykule poruszono problemy związane z zapotrzebowaniem rynku pracy na informaty-ków i metody kształcenia tychże w polskim systemie oświaty. Przeanalizowano aktualne i przewi-dywane zapotrzebowanie na informatyków na europejskim i polskim rynku pracy. Porównano kwalifikacje, jakich pożądają pracodawcy od przyszłych informatyków z ofertą dydaktyczną szkół. Wskazano na problemy związane z koniecznością przyswojenia sobie przez przyszłych informatyków trudnej, specjalistycznej wiedzy i koniecznymi do tego celu odpowiednimi predys-pozycjami intelektualnymi, którymi powinni się oni cechować. Omówiono systemy rekrutacji oraz wynagradzania informatyków w firmach IT, dużych korporacjach, prywatnych i państwowych firmach oraz w administracji rządowej i samorządowej. Oceniono wzajemne relacje wynikające z zapotrzebowania na profesjonalnych informatyków a realiami praktyki edukacyjnej.

This article discusses the issues related to the demand of the job market for computer scien-tists and to the methods of education of such in the Polish system of education. Actual and ex-pected demands are analyzed that consider both European and Polish job markets. The qualifica-tions needed by the employers are compared with the educational offers of schools. Problems related to the need of acquisition of complex, specialized knowledge by the future computer scien-tists are pointed out, as well as the required intellectual capabilities. Recruitment systems are discussed, including salary systems in the IT companies, large corporations, private and national companies, as well as government and self-government administration. The mutual relations are rated that emerge from the need of the professional computer scientists and the reality of the edu-cation practice.

In civil proceedings, experts are appointed representing different scientific areas offering wide-ranging expertise on issues requiring expert opinion. This article aims to describe the role and importance of experts in the informatics area who are appointed in civil proceedings. The contribution of expert opinions in informatics has been defined on the basis of their practical use in judicial proceedings under the rules of civil procedure. The importance of an informatics expert opinion can be seen only through the analysis of case-studies. It is possible to see on the basis of the analysis of selected rulings in which cases the courts considered it necessary to appoint an expert in informatics, and in which situations the court considered it as unjustified. The considerations elaborated upon in this article relate mainly to the type of specific information required from court experts in informatics including the purpose for which the parties requested the appointment of an expert together with the influence of the expert opinion on the content of a court ruling. Despite a limited number of years so far in appointing court experts in informatics, in line with the continued developments in technology, their contribution in civil proceedings has been growing steadily. Judges can use opinions made in this area in many cases which are drawn from a very broad range of legal and factual bases. There are more and more cases which require the involvement of court experts in informatics. The subject matter investigated by a court expert in informatics is constantly evolving and broadening in scope. It may be assumed that over time court experts in informatics will be among the most frequently appointed experts to prepare opinions in court proceedings.

Pathologies connected with the work of IT specialist in the organizational system of the company In the article are described the dangers to which the IT specialists, working for many hours with the usage of computer, Internet, and the cellular phone in the organizations of different type, are exposed to. At the beginning there was described the influence of digitalization to the changes in the system of organization management. In the further part one can find the trial of the answer to the question what is the place and the role of the IT specialists in the organizations. Then there are presented the results of the research carried out by the authors concerning the sources of dangers connected with the long work of IT specialists in the organization with the usage of achievements of the modern information technology.
