Interpersonalne kompetencje komunikacyjne badacza w badaniach jakościowych w obszarze MSP

The first aim of the article is to focus on the reasons why it is worthwhile to conduct qualitative research in the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises. The author indicated a number of characteristics of small businesses, which may guide the researcher’s decision to adopt a particular research strategy (another important thing is the way the research problem was formulated). The second adopted goal is to explain what is meant by the term interpersonal communicative competence of the researcher embedded in qualitative methodology and to point out their significance for the ICC of research for the SME sector with particular emphasis put on small enterprises. By reference to the literature and the author’s own practice three aspects of communicative competencies of a researcher are described in detail: individual, relational and technical aspects.

Pierwszym celem niniejszego artykułu jest skupienie się na powodach, dla których warto jest prowadzić badania jakościowe w sektorze małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. Autorka wskazała szereg cech charakterystycznych small businessu, które mogą ukierunkować decyzję badacza o przyjęciu określonej strategii badawczej (istotna jest także kwestia sposobu postawienia pytania badawczego). Drugim przyjętym celem jest wyjaśnienie pojęcia interpersonalnych kompetencji komunikacyjnych badacza osadzonego w metodologii jakościowej oraz wskazanie, na ile są one istotne dla badań podejmowanych w obszarze MSP ze szczególnym zaakcentowaniem małych przedsiębiorstw. Poprzez odniesienie literaturowe oraz własną praktykę autorki zostały szczegółowo opisane trzy aspekty kompetencji komunikacyjnych badacza: aspekt indywidualny, relacyjny i techniczny.
