The increase of information security threats requires resolute prevention and comprehensive application of various methods and manners of information protection. An important role in this process is played by the knowledge and skills of ICT systems’ users, acquired in the education and training process, which is confirmed by legal documents in force in the country. Meeting this condition requires building and implementing a system of education and training in the country related to information protection as well as engaging in this process the information security environment.
