Niniejszy artykuł ma stanowić konkluzję rozważań prawno-psychologicznych dotyczących kwestii związanych z przymusowym leczeniem osób chorych i uzależnionych. Przedstawiona tematyka ma interdyscyplinarne konotacje, które interpretowane są w sposób wielowymiarowy. Wymienione grupy osób narażone są na trudności związane ze środowiskiem zawodowym, interpersonalnym czy rodzinnym. Przymusowe leczenie wiąże się z wieloma ograniczeniami, deficytami, samokontrolą w zakresie opanowywania pobudzenia emocjonalnego, regularnym przyjmowaniem leków oraz odczuwaniem możliwych skutków ubocznych terapii. Trudności pojawiają się także w obrębie samego planowania podejmowanych działań oraz ich realizacji. W niektórych przypadkach następuje konieczność przymusowego leczenia osób, które mogą być niebezpieczne dla siebie oraz otoczenia. Uregulowania prawne są niezbędne do podejmowania niniejszych działań. Zwrócenie uwagi na proponowaną tematykę może nakreślić drogę postępowania oraz przybliżyć zasady działania osób i instytucji zajmujących się tym zagadnieniem.

The article is intended to provide a summary of legal and psychological considerations on issues related to the forced treatment of people who suffer from mental disorders and addicted individuals. The presented issue has interdisciplinary connotations, which are interpreted in a multidimensional manner. Mentioned groups of people are exposed to many difficulties in the professional, interpersonal and family environment. Forced treatment is linked with many limitations, deficits, emotional self-control, regular medication and potential side effects of therapy. What is more, difficulties arise within planning itself and implementation of the action. Sometimes, the forced treatment is necessary in the cases of people who are dangerous to themselves and their environment. Legal regulations are necessary to undertake these activities. Focusing on the proposed topic may outline the course of action and provide a framework for people who work with individuals and institutions dealing with that kind of problems.

Certainly, the renewable energy sector in Poland should be the beneficiary of the European Union enlargement. It results from both the energy policy and EU law. Poland should adopt national law to the EU requirements in the field of renewable energy sources. Polish legislators may rest on other countries' experiences in this subject. We especially should take into consideration Spanish and German measures. Spanish and German mechanisms of support for renewable energy sources at the national level are very interesting solutions. Those measures are intended to help to attain objectives such as meeting the commitments given on climate change, environmentally sustainable security of supply, and promotion of renewable energy sources. The article is an analysis of Spanish and German support systems in view of the modification of Polish law in the field of renewable energy sources.
