The article attempts to present university as a learning institution, where the process of educatingcounsellors is not only taught, but also designed as counsellogy knowledge. The specific character ofcounsellogy and features of a learning organisation have been explained. Due to the open characterof counsellogy as the knowledge that concerns a very complex social practice, which is counsellogy itself, counsellogy didactics is based on the sofar knowledge and the research conducted together by experienced researchers – academic teachers, as well as by students who are preparing themselves to the counsellors’ roles, this way making the organisation a learning one.

W artykule podjęta została próba przedstawienia uniwersytetu jako organizacji uczącej się, w którejw procesie kształcenia doradców nie tylko przekazywana, ale także konstruowana jest wiedza poradoznawcza. Przybliżone zostały specyfika wiedzy poradoznawczej oraz cechy organizacji uczącej się. Ze względu na otwarty charakter poradoznawstwa jako wiedzy dotyczącej bardzo złożonej społecznej praktyki, jaką jest poradnictwo, dydaktyka poradoznawcza jest oparta na dotychczasowej wiedzyoraz badaniach prowadzonych wspólnie przez doświadczonych badaczy-nauczycieli akademickich, jak też studentów przygotowujących się do roli doradców, nadając tym samym uczelni cechy organizacji uczącej się.

The work focuses on the possibility of using the assumptions of system theories to study security phenomena. It was assumed that 1) system thinking and system approach is a cognitively useful methodology of considerable value for studying the processes and phenomena related to security and its threats, characterised by a particular level of complexity and building explanatory theories; 2) the system approach is an effective tool for creating procedures that interpret security processes and phenomena and its threats, enabling characterization of their genesis, structures, scope and impact, external and internal conditions, as well as projects aimed at ensuring their desired level.

W pracy skoncentrowano się na możliwości wykorzystania założeń teorii systemów do badania zjawisk bezpieczeństwa. Przyjęto następujące założenia: 1) myślenie i podejście systemowe jest wysoce użyteczną poznawczo metodologią badania zjawisk i procesów bezpieczeństwa i jego zagrożeń charakteryzujących się szczególnym poziomem złożoności, a także budowania teorii wyjaśniających; 2) podejście systemowe jest skutecznym narzędziem tworzenia procedur interpretujących procesy i zjawiska bezpieczeństwa i jego zagrożeń, umożliwiającym charakterystykę ich genezy, struktur, zakresu i skutków oddziaływania, uwarunkowań zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych, a także przedsięwzięć mających na celu zapewnienie pożądanego ich poziomu.

The article addresses the questions of possibilities and conditions of integrating systems thinking and design thinking as a promising approach to solving local problems of safety and public order. It presents the assumptions and expectations concerning the use of a systems thinking approach as well as the attributes and possibilities of design thinking in designing solutions which improve safety. It proposes a methodical approach that integrates these two ways of thinking in terms of their suitability for solving safety problems.

W artykule poruszono temat możliwości i uwarunkowania integrowania myślenia systemowego i projektowego jako obiecującego podejścia do rozwiązywania lokalnych problemów bezpieczeństwa i porządku publicznego (BiPP). Przedstawiono założenia i oczekiwania dotyczące wykorzystania myślenia i podejścia systemowego oraz atrybutów i możliwości myślenia projektowego w projektowaniu rozwiązań poprawiających bezpieczeństwo. Zaproponowano metodyczne podejście integrujące te dwa sposoby myślenia w kontekście ich przydatności do rozwiązywania problemów bezpieczeństwa.

Przedmiotem artykułu są rodzaje wiedzy społecznej. Poznawanie bytów społecznych wymaga – obok myślenia analitycznego i systemowego – myślenia modularnego, które jest przede wszystkim nową interpretacją rzeczywistości społecznej. Uznanie występowania kilku rodzajów wiedzy społecznej jest jedną z fundamentalnych przesłanek odrzucenia koncepcji determinizmu w funkcjonowaniu świata społecznego. Jeżeli to uczynimy na rzecz probabilizmu, kontyngentności, czyli niekoniecznej konieczności, to dopuścimy z zasady możliwość wystąpienia szeregu sytuacji (stanów), nie dowolnych, a wielu, z których zaistnienie jednego z możliwych otwiera przestrzeń dla nowej puli możliwości.

The paper presents the theoretical approach to the research of social life based on transcendental realism and methodological individualism (accepting the existence of structured social entities), recognizing the high complexity of social life and its evolutionary character. This positio n is formulated in opposition to constructivism and holism. The mode of constructing social theories is inspired by a reinterpretation of Alfred Schütz’s approach that focuses on the features of Schütz’s concept which bring him closer to the rational choice theory than to interpretative postmodernism, even though he is often considered as the proponent of the latter. The ideas presented in the paper are close to those developed in the scope of analytical sociology, especially to its emphasis on causal research of social mechanisms and micro-macro relationships.

The article describes the main enabling conditions for implementing the learning organization. There were presented theories by main authors (Nonaka, Takeuchi, Senge, Drucker, Hamel, Prahalad, Perechuda) who deal with the self-organization learning problems.
