Zachodzące obecnie we współczesnym świecie przemiany gospodarcze i społeczne wywołane są wieloma czynnikami, ale dominujące w świetle aktualnych badań społecznych wydają się te, które związane są głównie z intensywnym procesem przechodzenia z epoki Przemysłu 3.0 do epoki Przemysłu 4.0. Powoduje to gwałtowne przyspieszenie we wdrożeniach systemów opartych na powszechnym i lawinowym zastosowaniu nowych rozwiązań z zakresu automatyki i robotyki przemysłowej, elementów sztucznej inteligencji (AI), uczenia maszynowego (ML) i Internetu rzeczy (IoT). Za tymi gwałtownymi procesami technologicznymi nie zawsze nadążają procesy ogólnospołeczne i mentalne całych grup zawodowych, co może doprowadzić do rozwarstwienia ekonomicznego, ale głównie do pogłębienia procesów niedostosowania i wykluczenia cyfrowego (eInclusion). Panaceum na tę sytuację wydaje się rozwój nowoczesnych form edukacji, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem potrzeb szkolnictwa zawodowego. Poruszana problematyka zarówno dotyczy wyników badań własnych autora na temat procesu cyfryzacji polskich szkół, jak i obejmuje przegląd literatury wyników badań OECD, raport dotyczący przyszłości miejsc pracy, pn. The Future of Jobs 2020 i opracowania krajowe digitization of Polish schools, as well as the literature review of the OECD research results, the report on the future of workplaces, entitled ”The Future of Jobs 2020” and national studies.

Systemy pedagogiczne swoją specyfiką sprawiają, że ubogacenie ich struktury o komponenty techniczne, w tym poprzez ich instrumentalizację, często w znaczącym stopniu zmienia ich charakter. Poza bowiem usprawnieniem, wspomaganiem działających podmiotów (nauczyciela/wychowawcy; ucznia/wychowanka) ich obecność zmienia przede wszystkim ich aksjologię, a przez to cele wychowania oraz treść tych procesów. W opracowaniu przedstawiam podstawowe problemy wynikające z obecności nowych technologii w systemach edukacji.

Development of information-communication technologies determines new educational tasks a religion teacher faces. They are connected, among others, with using the computer and the Internet in the process of teaching religion. Along with these tasks the range is widened of social demands from religion teachers who, apart from the knowledge of the subject they teach, from the knowledge of methodology of teaching, and the testimony of faith, should be competent as far as using the information-communication technologies available to their students, is concerned. These technologies include the information in social networking services. With reference to this issue, in the article first the terms are defined: „educational web portal” and „social networking service”. Next, the most important web portals, which can be used by a religion teacher, are characterized. In this context the role is shown of educational portals and social networking services that should be used by religion teachers both when preparing and when conducting classes, as well as in their work on improving their workshop (mainly in the process of self-education). Also, the reader’s attention is drawn to a creative use of modern information-communication technologies, and to the resulting educational challenges.
