The problem of becoming the personality of a future teacher, the development of professional orientations is relevant and is under the close attention of prominent researchers and experts of professional training in establishments of higher education. Professional teaching of a teacher can be successful only when pedagogue is usually aiming at improvement of his pedagogical mastery, increasing the level of his skills, learning new methods to be professional. It is possible only in condition of demonstration of initiative in development of active living and professional line. Professional teaching is caused by personal features such as focus, purposes, values which are determinant and significant in personal behavior strategy. Just these determinants influence the choice of a strategy and means of productive solution of tasks and in the result, cause and activate professional teaching. Taking into account the facts mentioned, in the article is studied the level of satisfaction of chosen profession of the future teacher of specialties of natural sciences with the help of measuring of overall index of satisfaction of occupation, which characterizes emotional attitude to studying, directs their aspiration to master the skills. To enlarge the aspects of the study a figured index of importance, which shows the division of voices on certain criteria in the index of satisfaction, which promotes awareness about specifics, essence of action, the place of a specialist in it, permits to understand one’s aims towards job and meet honorably its demands in real life. Suggested method of determination of the level of satisfaction of chosen occupation helps to define values of future teachers of specialties of natural studies, improve the ways of forming positive motivation towards teaching, direct students to master the system of general theory, special and methodological knowledge in perspective to use it in future teaching, which provides conscious need in mastering basics of future teaching and behavior. Prospects of the research are associated with profound studying of mechanisms of the influence of educational-research activity of students on a sustainable positive motivation to pedagogical activity, further correction of the process of training at the pedagogical university using motivational value priorities, thereby increasing its efficiency.

The article describes the features of formation of professional and pedagogical skills of primary school teachers in terms of a higher educational institution. The author gives definitions that reveal the nature of the meaning of the teacher’s pedagogical skills. The elements of professional skills (humanistic orientation, professional competence, pedagogical skills, teaching technique) are analyzed. It is noted that humanistic orientation is one of the most important components of teaching skills in elementary schools. In the article, different values of humanistic orientations were mentioned as well. The peculiarities of the formation in the context of a systematic approach in terms of the educational process of the institution are outlined and the criteria for the formation of the professional skills are named (expediency, performance, effectiveness, optimality and creativity). There were defined key competences that determine the readiness of future students for pedagogical activities, that is, communicative competence, perceptual competence, creativity and optimism, emotional stability and mobility. Additionally, there were demonstrated different concepts of meaning “teaching skills”. Different probabilities and resources of professional training for future teachers (including several levels of studying) were showed in the article. The need to create professional readiness of students as integrative quality and an important factor for future effective educational activities is stressed. The article focuses on professional mobility as an indicator of the efficiency of formation of the professional readiness of students.

W artykule rozpatrzono właściwości kształtowania nawyków zawodowo-pedagogicznych nauczycieli klas podstawowych w szkole wyższej. Autorka proponuje określenia, które ujawniają istotę pedagogicznej działalności nauczyciela, w szczególności: działalności zawodowej, wyszkolenia zawodowego, nawyków pedagogicznych. Ponadto przeanalizowano elementy mistrzostwa zawodowego nauczyciela szkoły podstawowej, takie jak: humanistyczna orientacja, kompetencja zawodowa, nawyki pedagogiczne, metodyka nauczania. Zaznaczono, że humanistyczne kierunki stanowią jeden z najważniejszych składników pedagogicznego mistrzostwa nauczyciela szkoły podstawowej. Autorka wyodrębniła składowe wartości orientacji nauczyciela (poczucie własnej godności, środki pedagogicznego wpływu, osoba ucznia, humanistyczna strategia działalności), określiła też właściwości kształtowania kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli szkoły podstawowej w kontekście systemowego procesu edukacyjnego uczelni. Podkreślone zostały kluczowe kompetencje, które określają gotowość przyszłych studentów do realizacji działalności pedagogicznej (komunikatywność, percepcja, kreatywność, optymizm, odporność emocjonalna, mobilność).

The article discusses the possibilities and prospects of using the experience of training future technology teachers in European countries. Its structure and content in accordance with national traditions and European standards led to the success of the educational components of the European Higher Pedagogical School. This fact encourages local scientists and teachers to identify ways of educational achievements use in European education system of technology teachers training. According to the above, we have defined the following tasks: summarize the progressive trends and approaches to quality training of European teachers of technology in national high school; formulate guidelines that will help improve training efficiency of Ukrainian technology teachers and, consequently, ensure the successful integration of the national educational system to the European Higher Education Area.

W artykule akcentuje się, że wdrażanie kompetencyjno-działaniowego paradygmatu jest gwarantem dopasowania usług edukacyjnych do współczesnych potrzeb społeczno-ekonomicznych. Edukacja zawodowa na tych zasadach zapewnia kształtowanie kompetencji personalnych, zawodowych, społecznych i cyfrowych (e-rozwój) na zasadach gotowości pracownika do efektywnego współdziałania i wszechstronnego praktycznego przygotowania. Przyszły pracownik może być mobilny i elastyczny w stosowaniu nabytych kompetencji, zmotywowany do pracy, przygotowany do analizy, projektowania wyników i efektów pracy oraz stałego rozwoju zawodowego. Procesy edukacyjne zorientowane są na potrzeby rynku pracy w kontekście indywidualnego rozwoju pracownika.

The article stresses the opinion that applying of the competence and business paradigm is the guarantor of educational services for today’s socio-economic needs. Vocational education is based on the practical training of personal, professional, social, and modern technology competencies of an employee being intelligent and ready for effective cooperation. Using acquired competencies in real working conditions prospective employee is mobile and flexible, motivated to work, aimed at analysis, design, results and summation of work, ready to carry on professional development and professionally oriented educational process according to the requirements of the labor marketand in the context of the individual employee development.

The aim of the article is the detection of the most appropriate pedagogical conditions of the future pilots’ computer-based testing organization. As a result of our investigations the following pedagogical conditions were detected: implementation of efficient computer test program with the ability to use different types of tests; using of criterion-oriented tests when assessing knowledge of the future pilots; formation of professional readiness of the lecturers and cadets to the use of computer testing in the educational process. In the article the content of the mentioned pedagogical conditions and the possibility of their implementation in the process of professional training of future pilots are reviewed. The algorithm of creating test tasks for measuring different levels of cadets’ knowledge is reviewed in detail. The examples and illustrations of test tasks compiled for the discipline «Aviation Meteorology» are shown. The article gives more precisely the definition of the validity of criterion-based tests by method of analyzing the content of the test approved by experienced experts. More precisely the definition of the reliability of the test using the method of two parallel forms of the test is given. The definition of professional readiness of the lectors for the computer-based testing is defined as motivated ability to assimilate new knowledge in the field of computer-based testing, to understand the importance and value of the test control, to efficient interaction with cadets before and after a session of computer-based testing. To form the professional readiness of lectors for the use of computer testing in educational process it recommended acquainting them with the fundamentals of the development and implementation of computer-based tests. It is proved that the implementation of the detection of pedagogical conditions makes it possible to assess the volume and level of cadets’ knowledge objectively, quickly and with the minimum amount of time; it contributes to the optimization and technologization of control of the future pilots’ knowledge; positive effect on the professional training of cadets. Creation of the computer program for the remote training of the future aviation specialists is the prospect for further research.

Research of modern educational criteria of training future teachers of music requires further study of the problem of artistic creativity as a growth factor and condition of competitiveness of the future specialists’ pedagogical skills. Being a complex technology artistic creativity integrates various forms of education and training and is closely associated with various kinds of art with its stylistic characteristics, traditions and culture, which the future teacher of music should acquire. So, the sharp issue is to improve the organization of educational process in pedagogical college due to the principles of regularity, consistency and availability. According to the specific character of musical and pedagogical readiness of the students of higher education institutions the necessity of carrying out the research on the basis of theoretical psychological and educational aspects has been arisen. In the context of scientific studies of cognitive research and creativity of the future specialists of art disciplines as the main factor of professional training depends on cognitive activity and creativity oriented the mastering of scientific and professional knowledge and special skills as well. Mastering the profession and further advancing of professional skills of the future teachers claim professional competence in the field of art that combines creative literacy, creativity and skills. There is a theoretical analysis of the problem of readiness formation of the future music teachers in this article that involves the significance of the concepts of “readiness”, “training”, “individual creative potential”, “artistic creativity”. The fundamental content of the artistic creativity of the future experts of creative sphere is the process and the result of images development and creative writing, work in creative classes, studios, participation in concerts, competitions, writing scenarios, preparation of performances and shows. Involvement of different kinds of art is a tremendous way of influence on the formation and development of the aesthetic personality of the future specialist, who must satisfy certain professional demands and criteria of artistic excellence is the principle for the qualities which are necessary for performing modern training educational requirements.

Nowoczesne technologie bezpowrotnie zaistniały dziś jako komponent świata realnego, tym samym nakreślając cyfrową modernizację szkoły dążącą do synergii technologii i edukacji. Niezaprzeczalne zatem stało się wyposażenie studentów-przyszłych nauczycieli w wiedzę i umiejętności umożliwiające im podejmowanie w przyszłej pracy zawodowej innowacyjnych działań z wykorzystaniem technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych. Przedmiotem zainteresowania uczyniono samooceny studentów kierunku nauczycielskiego odnoszące się do ich przygotowania w zakresie stosowania narzędzi TIK w swoim warsztacie pracy.

Modern technologies have irrevocably existed today as a component of the real world, thus outlining the digital modernization of the school striving for synergy of technology and education. It has become undeniable to equip the students-future teachers with knowledge and skills enabling them to take innovative activities in their future professional work with the use of information and communication technologies. The subject of interest was the self-assessment of the teaching faculty students regarding their preparation for the use of ICT tools at their work.
