The article discusses existing ways of recognising functional diagnosis in theoretical models in the field of psycho-pedagogy. It also examines strategies for the use of these models in diagnostic and therapeutic activities. By systematising the collected information, the authors describe goals, stages and features of functional diagnosis. In addition, they propose a synthetic definition that takes into account contemporary trends in psychological and pedagogical counselling. The article presents an example of application of the functional diagnosis model in the emotional and social spheres, the original psycho-pedagogical diagnostic tool TROS-KA, which was standardised in a group of 1,227 Polish students.

The article deals with the organization of the process of inclusive higher education, including correctional sports activity of students with disorders of psychophysical development. The main purpose of the research is experimental verification of effectiveness of the correctional physical education of students with disorders of psychophysical development in integrated universities. The processes of psychophysical development and socialization of students with disabilities are very complex. Conventional training and education, which is based on normal flow of these processes, is not enough to ensure quality management of their habilitation (rehabilitation). In this case, education should take the correctional nature. It corrects and reduces the disadvantages of psychophysical development and socialization, warns of unwanted neoplasms, creates special conditions for the formation of positive traits and qualities of personality, whose development and socialization are initiated at special basis. Correctional classes of physical education were organized by the author’s program of correctional and wellness training, to study the possible forms of optimization of educational process of students with injuries of musculoskeletal system (23,4 % of students). The results allow concluding that positive changes in the growth rates of psychomotor performance of students with disorders of musculoskeletal system are caused by effective organization of educational process on physical training. The system approach of organizational and methodological implementation of measures in the educational process of new technologies of correctional physical training is based on differential-integral principle. It allowed significantly improve their physical condition, level of adaptability among students, improve psycho-emotional capacity, form motivational-value attitude to their health. The article does not exhaust all the aspects of this problem. Further study is required for the issues related to the interaction between the institutions of special education and integrated education institutions in the implementation of correction and rehabilitation work with persons with violations of psychophysical development.

Artykuł stanowi próbę prezentacji modelu pracy pedagoga szkolnego. Dokonano w nim przeglądu dotychczas opisanych w literaturze ujęć stylów i koncepcji pracy pedagoga szkolnego. Przyjęto teoretyczne założenie, że model jest pewnym obrazem rzeczywistości, możliwym jej kształtem. W przypadku pedagoga, w modelu chodzi o proces oddziaływań wychowawczych. Wynika on zawsze z istniejącej sytuacji szkolnej, zadań przypisanych pomocy psychologiczno-pedagogicznej, potrzeb uczniów, rodziców i nauczycieli oraz środowiska wychowawczego. Wyodrębniono i opisano sześć modeli pracy pedagoga: opiekuna i społecznika, terapeuty, pedagoga kreatywnego, mentora dzieci i młodzieży, pragmatyka i koordynatora pracy edukacyjnej w szkole, pedagoga podejmującego działania interwencyjne. Przedstawione modele pracy mogą stanowić propozycję do efektywnego planowania działań podejmowanych w ramach pomocy psychologiczno-pedagogicznej.

The article is an attempt to present the model of work of a school counselor. It reviews the approaches to the styles and concepts of school counselors work described so far in the literature. It was assumed that the model is a certain image of reality, its possible shape. In the case of the school counselors, the model refers to the process of educational interactions. It always results from the existing school situation, tasks assigned to the educational psychologist and school counselor, the needs of students, parents and teachers, and the educational environment. Six models of the pedagogue's work were distinguished and described: a tutor and social activist, therapist, creative educator, mentor of children and youth, a pragmatist and coordinator of educational work at school, and an interventionist pedagogue. The presented models of work may constitute a proposal for effective planning of activities undertaken as part of sychological and pedagogical support.
