Z każdym rokiem wzrasta ilość pojazdów ciężarowych poruszających się po naszych drogach. W związku z tym rośnie ryzyko wypadków, w których poszkodowanymi mogą być osoby poruszające się tymi samochodami. Celem pracy jest przedstawienie sposobów ewakuacji z samochodów wysokich. Sposób ewakuacji z samochodu ciężarowego uzależniony będzie od bezpieczeństwa na miejscu zdarzenia, stanu poszkodowanego, ilości ratowników na miejscu zdarzenia oraz możliwości technicznych. Liczba publikacji dotyczących ewakuacji z pojazdów wysokich jest nieliczna. W związku z tym autorzy niniejszego opracowania opierali się w nim głównie na własnym doświadczeniu zdobytym podczas ćwiczeń i działań ratowniczych.

With each passing year, the number of lorries travelling on our roads is increasing. As a result, the risk of occurrence of accidents resulting in the injuries of passengers of these vehicles is also increasing. The purpose of this paper is to present the methods of evacuation from tall vehicles. The method of evacuation from a lorry will depend on the safety at the place of the accident, the condition of the victim, the number of rescuers at the scene and technical capabilities. The number of publications regarding evacuation from tall vehicles is small. Therefore, the authors of this study based their research mainly on their own experience gained during training and rescue operations

In the article the author attempts to describe the role of the psychotherapist within the context of therapy with victims and perpetrators of school violence. Basing his argumentation on two characteristic case studies regarding the behaviour of victims and perpetrators of this kind of violence, the author provides examples of various behaviours, emotions, feelings and reactions experienced by them. Particular attention is given to the analysis of the abuse-related trauma and conflicts and the search for effective copying or preventive strategies. Two case studies are an important part of the article, as they offer a practical illustration of how a therapist can help and support the clients who want to cope with the abuse-related trauma. The analysis of the case studies allows the reader to investigate practical aspects of the search for effective solutions which may help both victims and abusers. The premises examined in the article are well-documented in light of cited research, where detailed descriptions may be found in the extensive overview of relevant subject literature.

Państwowa Służba ds. Sytuacji Nadzwyczajnych Ukrainy jest centralnym organem wykonawczym kierowanym i koordynowanym przez Radę Ministrów Ukrainy za pośrednictwem Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych i realizującym politykę państwa w zakresie obrony cywilnej, ochrony ludności i terytorium państwa przed sytuacjami nadzwyczajnymi, zapobiegania ich wystąpieniu, eliminacji skutków sytuacji nadzwyczajnych, ratownictwa, gaszenia pożarów, bezpieczeństwa pożarowego i przemysłowego, działalności służb ratunkowych i działań hydrometeorologicznych. Instytucja ta posiada dwie szkoły wyższe zapewniające studia licencjackie dla organów i jednostek obrony cywilnej. Jednocześnie inwazja Rosji na Ukrainę doprowadziła do szeregu zmian w programach szkoleniowych dla specjalistów obrony cywilnej. Zrozumienie obecnych zagrożeń i uznanie roli obrony cywilnej wymaga rewizji standardów wszystkich specjalności, w szczególności w zakresie świadomości i gotowości na wystąpienie sytuacji kryzysowych, a także wyodrębnienia zestawu wiedzy, kompetencji i umiejętności w osobną specjalność “obrona cywilna”.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine is a central executive body directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs and implementing the state policy in the field of civil defence, protection of the people and territories from emergencies and prevention of their occurrence, elimination of the consequences of emergencies, rescue, firefighting, fire, and industrial safety, activities of emergency services, and hydrometeorological activities. This institution has two higher education schools offering BA training for civil defence bodies and units. At the same time, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has led to a number of changes in educational training programs for civil defence specialists. Understanding the current threats and recognizing the role of civil defence requires revision of the standards of all specialties, in particular in terms of awareness and preparedness for emergency situations, as well as separation of a set of knowledge, competencies and skills into a separate specialty “civil defence”.
