The purpose of the article is to present methods in resocialization work based on the personal teacher’s or educator’s impact. The article submits traditional socialization methods as well as methods adapted to educational process for widely understand business, where the teacher fulfills the role of couch, mentor or tutor. All the presented methods require the accomplishment of essential term: basing the process on a key role of teacher/educator as ‘the master’, ‘the guide’, ‘the leader’, whose characteristic attribute is being ‘authority figure’ in the individual educational relationship with the student.

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie metod pracy resocjalizacyjnej opartych na wpływie osobistym nauczyciela/wychowawcy. W artykule przedstawione są tradycyjne metody socjalizacyjne oraz metody adaptowane do procesu edukacyjnego z szeroko rozumianego biznesu, w którym rolę nauczyciela pełni couch, mentor lub tutor. Wszystkie z przedstawionych metod wymagają spełnienia podstawowego warunku, jakim jest oparcie procesu na kluczowej roli „mistrza”, „przewodnika”, „przywódcy”, jakim jest nauczyciel/wychowawca, obdarzonego podstawową cechą wymaganą w indywidualnej relacji edukacyjnej z uczniem, tj. autorytetem.
