The author of the article analyzes the pedagogical conditions of creating the situation of success in education as an important means of forming the subject competence of the students of specialized classes. Subject competence is seenas an integrative personal characteristic that is a factor of the students’ development, their intellectual abilities, provides training for further professional education. The criteria, factors, psychological and pedagogical conditions of the subject competence of the students as a factor in the effectiveness of teaching biology at the core level are disclosed. One of the advanced and promising for the modern school nowadays is acmeological approach. The application of acmeological approach to the educational content, technologies of training and education of the students allows the school to transfer from mode formal to mode of operation. The conceptual basis of the technology of creating the situation of success constitute the concept of personality oriented education and training, active approach, developing education. The author states that the situation of success is specially designed learning environment, training and development to ensure effective mastery of the educational content at the productive level and the experience of creative activity. Creation of the situation of success in education requires the following conditions: the clarity of the requirements of the teachers to the students; motivational target setting for activity; providing meaningful teaching and learning activity; procedural provision; logistics; positive attitude of the teachers to the student performance; responsible and conscious attitude of the students tothe results of their activity; individual assistance to the students; developmental educational environment. In conclusion the author stresses that creation of the situation of success overcomes the obstacles to productive study and promotes the acquisition of the subject competence by the students. Using acmeological approach by the teacher improvesthe level of the pupils’ cognitive activity that promotes full disclosure of creative potential and self-realization in the profile further biological education.

The article analyzes the views on the problem of motivation. The research has been made on the existing approaches, concerning the formation of educational motivation of pupils. The article discloses the notion of motivation, in particular training, highlights the content and leading group of motives. The conditions of formation of educational motivation are characterized. The peculiarities of creating a situation of success in educational activity as subjective mental state meet as a result of overcoming physical or mental stress. For a better transition to the new system of education, which is aimed at developing students’ desire to learn, to achieve their objectives, the priority task is to develop students’ interest and generate positive motivation to learn. The analysis of the literature shows that in a modern psychology and pedagogy there is no unity in the essence of definition of the concept of motivation. Motivation is a multidimensional form of individual motives, needs, goals, intentions, interests, ideals and values. The learning motivation consists of several motives that are constantly changing and enter the new connections with each other. Motivation is one of the most important conditions that ensures the successful development of students’ knowledge, serves them a source of new information and understanding, its language development and self-understanding of the material. There are different approaches to the definition of the essence of motivation that generate different interpretation of motive. Motive is the most important part of the motivational sphere of a person, is the real motivation that causes people to act in certain situations, under certain conditions. The efficiency of educational activity directly depends on the motives, which impulse the primary school children to activity and determine its aspiration. The teacher should develop the motives of education for generating the interest and positive motivation for learning activities. For the formation of educational motives it is important to use situations of cognitive novelty, educational games, educational discussions, cognitive contradictions, a variety of analogies, create situations of success and so on. Forming a positive motivation, the teacher not only develops interest and responsible attitude to teaching in the primary school children, but also contributes to a desire to achieve high results, feel themselves a successful person.

The aim of this article is a study of emotional stability in the formation of instrumentalists’ musical performing abilities, the definition of the main approaches to understanding the notion of emotional stability and justification of its significance in the work of a musician-educator, as well as highlighting possible emotional and psychological difficulties which expect the musician on his way to realization of their creative potential. It also examines and theoretically grounds perspective of emotional stability as an element of the instrumentalists’ musical performing abilities formation, which is very important in training of the future musical art teachers. The key influential factors which lead to the formation of emotional stability are identified. The main views on the notion “emotional stability” are described. The methodology of the study. In this article such methods as universal method, methods of analysis and synthesis are used. Conclusion and perspectives for a further research. We make a conclusion that emotional stability is the interplay and interpenetration of constancy and variability. Emotional stability of a musician-instrumentalist is an important feature of his professional activity, an adequate level of established attitudes, the emotional-volitional processes, behavior, moods and emotional and psychological states. Therefore, emotional stability is a prerequisite for successful and lasting implementation of a musician-instrumentalist’s professional activity. A musician’s activity requires not only continuous improvement and development of a whole special abilities’ range, but also formation of the ability to emotional stability as professionally important mental properties. Emotional stability provides emotional regulation and its correction, it is one of the levels in the mental regulation overall system. The capacity for emotional self-regulation significantly determines the formation and development of professionally musician’s personality important qualities, is a necessary component of readiness for professional activity and ensures the effectiveness of music performance and music teaching. In this connection psychological conditions that promote the formation of such skills in the future teacher-musician in the period of mastering his profession and throughout his professional activity requires a further study
