W artykule omówiono kształtowanie się przychodów i wydatków Funduszu Emerytalno-Rentowego (FER) w latach 2003—2013. Przedstawiono w nim źródła przychodów, a także czynniki je determinujące. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na liczbę świadczeniobiorców i wysokość świadczeń. W badanym okresie przychody i wydatki FER rosły w takim samym tempie. Wpływy FER pochodziły przede wszystkim z dotacji budżetowej i były przeznaczone głównie na wypłatę świadczeń. Z analizy danych wynika, że ubezpieczony płacił przeciętnie składkę w wysokości zbliżonej do kwoty wypłaconej świadczeniobiorcy.

The article discusses the development of revenue and expenditure of the Pension Fund (pl. Fundusz Emerytalno-Rentowy — FER) in the years 2003—2013. The article presents the sources of income, as well as the factors determining them. Particular attention was paid to the number of beneficiaries and the amount of benefits. In the analysed period, FER incomes and expenses were increasing at the same rate. FER incomes came mainly from the state subsidies and were intended for the payment of benefits. The data analysis indicates that the insured person, on average, paid a premium similar to the one paid to the beneficiary.

В статье было рассмотрено формирование доходов и расходов Пенсионного фонда (ПФ) в 2003—2013 гг. Были представлены источники доходов, а также факторы детерминирующие их. Особое внимание было обращено на число получателей размер пособий. В обследуемый период доходы и расходы ПФ росли в том же темпе. Доходы ПФ поступали в основном от государственного бюджета и главным образом были предназначены на выплаты пособий. Анализ данных показывает, что средняя страховая премия была похожа на сумму пособия.

The paper discusses the factors of competitiveness in companies, which operate in confectionary-bakery industry. It presents the results of research conducted between 2014 and 2016 on 77 enterprises located in Wielkopolskie voivodship. According to the investigated, from the variety of the external factors, competitiveness is mainly influenced by fiscal policy of the state, competitive rivalry or threat of new entries. In the group of internal factors, relations with customers, company’s image, as well as product quality were indicated most often.

Secondary Professional Activity in the Labour Market Pensioners

A pension is a benefit of cash character, which aim is to secure the material existence in the period, in which an individual, regarding to age is not able to perform work. In order to gain the entitlement, one should meet defined conditions, having met which the choice of the moment of retirement is made by the entitled person. A person at retirement age may fully spend their time resting resigning from professional activity, may also continue work, postponing retirement or combine receiving benefits with professional work. The aim of the paper is to analyse the occurrence of secondary professional activity as well as factors determining the undertaking of employment in the period of receiving benefit. The conducted research shows that the responders relatively earlier exercised their right to a pension and average age of responders’ retirement amounted to 59 years. However, gaining entitlement to a pension did not caused responders’ withdrawal from the labour market and over half of them combined receiving benefits with professional work. The undertaking of the professional activity was conditioned by responders’ financial situation.
