Kościół został powołany przez Jezusa Chrystusa, by stanowił wspólnotę miłości dla wszystkich ludzi. Jest to wspólnota, czerpiąca miłość od Jezusa Chrystusa, który swą obecność urzeczywistnia we wzajemnej miłości. W takim kontekście autor próbuje odczytać prawo osób niepełnosprawnych intelektualnie do korzystania z darów sakramentalnych, w tym sakramentu bierzmowania. Sakrament ten, ostatni z sakramentów wtajemniczenia chrześcijańskiego, dla osób niepełnosprawnych intelektualnie, nawet w stopniu głębokim, oznacza doświadczenie miłości Boga w drugim człowieku i we wspólnocie. Autor uważa, że takie osoby stanowią szczególny dar miłości Boga dla wspólnoty, która bierze na siebie odpowiedzialność za kruchość ludzkiego życia.

The Church was called by Jesus Christ to be a community of love for every human being. That community draws love from life of Jesus Christ: He actualizes His presence when people try to love others. In that context the author of publication tries to focus on rights of mentally disabled people: they need the sacramental gifts as well as every Christian. And the sacrament of confirmation is also deeply important. This is the last of sacraments of initiation. For the mentally (even in deepest degree) disabled people that fact means an experience of love in others and community. The author claims that such people are very special gift for the community which is responsible for the fragile aspect of human life.

Catechetics is the field of practical theology, it means that in addition to scientific reflection on the issue of transmission of the faith provides for the analysis of empirical data, through which he sees better potential for more effective proclamation of the good news. In this paper an attempt has been made to the presentation of such studies auditorium example, anonymous questionnaire. Author conducted a study in four schools over seven hundred pupils small and large cities. The aim of the study was to identify - from the recipient - relevant to adolescence risks faced by teenagers on the threshold of adult life and attempt to interpret the results for the analysis of catechesis. The conclusions reached by the show that this type of study provides the knowledge necessary to create by theologians modern education and educational projects, while paying attention to issues not present in the previous reflection. Empirical studies in catechetics are therefore an important support, both from the point of view catecheticians and recipients ministry of the word.

Catechesi è una delle discipline di teologia pratica, vale a dire che, oltre alla riflessione scientifica sul tema della trasmissione della fede, prevede l’analisi dei dati empirici. L’autore ha tentato questo tipo di ricerca tramite un sondaggio anonimo condotto in quattro scuole. Lo scopo dello studio è stato quello di individuare - da parte del destinatario - essenziali per l’adolescenza minacce incontrate da giovani sulla soglia della vita adulta e tentare di interpretare i risultati per l’analisi di catechetica. Le conclusioni attirate dall’autore dimostrano che questo tipo di studio fornisce le conoscenze necessarie per creare dagli scienziati moderni progetti educativi e d’istruzione, facendo attenzione alle questioni fin ad ora assenti nella catechesi. Gli studi empirici in catechetica costituiscono quindi un aiuto importante sia dal punto di vista degli scienziati che da quello di destinatari ministero della parola.

Autor charakteryzuje cechy współczesnej katechizacji dorosłych w świetle wezwania Kościoła do nowej ewangelizacji. W dokumentach Kościoła pisze się o pierwszorzędnym znaczeniu i funkcji katechezy dorosłych. Katecheza dorosłych wymaga zwołania wspólnoty eklezjalnej, która staje się łonem rodzącym i podtrzymującym wiarę. Zaangażowanie dorosłych chrześcijan w dojrzewanie wiary poprzez budowanie dojrzałej społeczności spełnia kluczową rolę w procesie nowej ewangelizacji. Dorosły jest głównym odbiorcą działań zbawczych Kościoła. Artykuł wskazuje najlepszy model formacji dorosłych oraz inne kwestie wpływające na skuteczność tej formy posługi Słowa, która pozostaje dziś ogromną szansą poradzenia sobie z wyzwaniami obecnego czasu.

In this article the author makes the characteristics of contemporary adult catechesis in the light of the Church's call for a new evangelization. The Church as the Christian community, who received from Jesus Christ's missionary mandate is required to care for adult Christians to live every day adult faith. Church admitted that the task of prime importance catechesis of adults. Adult Catechesis calls for a meeting of the ecclesial community, which is the womb of the nascent faith. The role of the community's help in finding a man's life the seeds of life and showing fruit of life through the testimony of participants in catechesis. The author believes that if the formation of adult Christians should lead to build a mature community, it must also admit adult crucial role in this process and make it the primary recipient of the action. This means recognizing someone as an adult more than the disciple, but partner through the development of a common faith. The catechumenal road is a proposal of a mature method of developing. In the formation of mature Christian we should also consider preparing for spiritual discernment and to contribute to the development of modern culture. The criterion of maturity in faith is the ability to undertake the evangelization of himself and others .

Nei documenti della Chiesa si sottolinea la primaria importanza e la funzione della catechesi degli adulti. In the article the author presents the importance of baptism in the Christian life as an experience of the presence of the living God in the ecclesial community. He justifies the meaning of education for baptism and its consciousness in the life of the young and adult Christians. He shows how the giſt of baptism demands being involved into religion. He also shows the challenges that education has to consider in the modern world. Te text has got a catechetical perspective, it is also deeply rooted in the biblical texts.

W artykule Autor przedstawia znaczenie chrztu św. w życiu chrześcijanina jako doświadczenie obecności żywego Boga we wspólnocie eklezjalnej. Uzasadnia sens wychowania do chrztu i jego świadomości w życiu młodego i dorosłego chrześcijanina. Pokazuje, na czym polega zaangażowanie się w dar chrztu. Ukazuje też wyzwania, jakie stoją przed katechezą we współczesnym świecie w warunkach szybkiego rozwoju cywilizacyjnego. Adult catechesis is the most important pastoral task of the Church. Taking up this task requires, however, several conditions that must be fulfilled, of which the most important is to gather together a living community of faith and to undertake, with the adult subject, the formation of a dialogue of salvation. So, it must be a community for adults who need support and companionship in their specific adult life situations (adult church) and hope-oriented formation (discernment in the Holy Spirit). In this study, the author tried to listen to adults (over 1500 people from different parts of Poland) and recognize their spiritual problems and present them in the context of contemporary culture. The article uses authentic adult statements, pointing out important issues that may be the basis for catechetical meetings. In their opinion, the Church should become a place of authentic dialogue around the real issues that adults have and the formation of practical skills in the life of faith. The text is at the same time a reflection of the author dealing with forms of adult catechesis over the most important spiritual problems of the middle generation and the directions of work with them.

Katecheza dorosłych jest najważniejszym zadaniem pastoralnym Kościoła. Podjęcie tego zadania wymaga jednak spełnienia kilku warunków, spośród których najważniejsze dotyczą zwołania żywej wspólnoty wiary oraz podjęcia z dorosłym podmiotem formacji dialogu zbawienia. Musi więc to być wspólnota dla ludzi dorosłych, którzy potrzebują wsparcia i towarzyszenia w ich konkretnych dorosłych sytuacjach codzienności (dorosły Kościół) oraz formacja ukierunkowana na nadzieję (rozeznawanie w Duchu Świętym). W swoich badaniach Autor w rozmowie z dorosłymi (ponad 1500 osób z różnych części Polski) podjął próbę wysłuchania dorosłych i rozpoznania ich duchowych problemów oraz przedstawienia ich na tle współczesnej kultury. W artykule wykorzystano autentyczne wypowiedzi dorosłych, wskazujących na istotne z ich punktu widzenia sprawy, które mogą stanowić podstawę dla spotkań katechetycznych. W ich opinii Kościół powinien stać się miejscem autentycznego dialogu wokół realnych spraw, jakimi dorośli żyją na co dzień oraz formacji pozwalającej uzyskać praktyczne umiejętności w życiu wiarą. Tekst stanowi zrazem refleksję Autora zajmującego się formami katechezą dorosłych nad najważniejszymi problemami duchowymi średniego pokolenia oraz kierunkami pracy razem z nimi.
