The article focuses on a niche (in the context of reception) aspect of Ewa Lipska’s work, namely the formation of the genre of the song on the basis of the literary output of the author associated mainly with high art, which includes poetry. The introduction (quotation and analysis of relevant theoretical texts) introduces the reader into the world of filiation between a poem and a song. The main part of the paper contains interpretations of selected works by Ewa Lipska which were used as song lyrics by such artists as Grzegorz Turnau or Anna Szałapak. In this article the author attempts to destabilise the notion of “sung poetry”, weakening also the stereotypes (connected with arbitrary assigning it only to intellectual poetry) growing around Ewa Lipska’s works. Artykuł dotyczy niszowego (w kontekście recepcji) aspektu twórczości Ewy Lipskiej. Chodzi o kształtowanie się gatunku piosenki na bazie dorobku literackiego autorki kojarzonej głównie z nurtem wysokoartystycznym, do którego zalicza się poezja. Wstępne partie artykułu (przywołanie i analiza odnośnych tekstów teoretycznych) wprowadzają czytelnika w świat filiacji między wierszem a piosenką. W części głównej dokonywane są interpretacje poszczególnych utworów Ewy Lipskiej, które posłużyły niegdyś jako teksty do piosenek takim artystom, jak chociażby Grzegorz Turnau czy Anna Szałapak. W artykule autor próbuje zdestabilizować pojęcie „poezji śpiewanej”, osłabiając także stereotypy (związane z arbitralnym przyporządkowaniem jedynie do poezji intelektualnej) narastające wokół twórczości Ewy Lipskiej.

The article concerns the idea of the subject’s evolution in the poetry of Ewa Lipska. The article presents the unexplored path of subjectivity’s development in selected poems by this Cracovian poet. The main research concept regards the interpretation of particular poems from the perspective of current philosophical problems, connected with posthumanism, which is understood here as the ability to go beyond the bounds of humanism, a revision of previous humanistic assumptions. The essential change of direction in the reception of Ewa Lipska’s writings could be perceived as a result of the interpretation contained in this article.

This article attempts to introduce and explain the concept of transfictionality. The scholarship in this area developed in francophone literary studies. The main reason for its formation appears to have been the need for a new concept that would develop and supplement the theory of intertextuality. In that theory’s collision with certain literary phenomena (though all domains of art can be taken into consideration here) the intellectual perspective exhausted itself and its tools ceased to be effective.  The text focuses on the book Fictions transfuges by Richard Saint-Gelais, and attempts to sketch out and discuss such procedures as expansion, versions, crossings and incorporations. Not only the examples provided by the Canadian theorist, but also their substance and heft, are outlined. The author of this article has initiated the active use of a new terminological constellation in Polish literary studies.

Artykuł jest próbą wprowadzenia i wyjaśnienia pojęcia transfikcjonalności. Badania w tej dziedzinie rozwinęły się w literaturoznawstwie francuskojęzycznym. Główną przyczyną ich zapoczątkowania wydaje się być potrzeba nowej koncepcji, która stanowiłaby rozwinięcie i uzupełnienie teorii międzystekstowych. W zderzeniu z niektórymi zjawiskami literackimi (brane pod uwagę mogą być wszelkie domeny sztuki) perspektywa intertekstualna wypaliła się – jej narzędzia przestały być efektywne. Tekst opiera się na książce Richarda Saint-Gelais, Fictions transfuges i w szkicowy sposób próbuje omówić takie zabiegi jak expansion (rozszerzanie), versions (wersje) czy croisement et annexions (skrzyżowania i przyłączenia). Przybliżona została nie tylko egzemplifikacja kanadyjskiego badacza. Autor artykułu aktywował nową siatkę terminologiczną na gruncie polskiej literatury.

The article contains the reflection on four texts of Ewa Lipska, written in association with Zbigniew Preisner. The discussed works belong to a genre of a literary carol and as a result they have been included in the republication of the album W poszukiwaniu dróg  [Searching for the paths ] Therefore, a new area of poetics activity of Lipska appears. The authoress of Sefer  makes use of stylization, deforming a specified pattern and thereby revaluating the tradition of a carol. The scrutinised texts were designed as being ready for the musical performance, emphasising Lipska’s interest in the song genre. The creation of a Cracovian poetess has been tilting towards popular culture since some longer time now.
