Among documents which were sent by General Consulate of France in Warsaw to Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris, on the turn of the 19th century, we can find report about priesthood. It bears a date 15 December 1905 y. and his author is Consul General, Georges Bosseront d’Anglade, and addressee, minister of Foreign Affairs in France, Maurice Rouvier. We can find the way of understanding events which have place in NearVistula Country by French diplomatic service, to lay emphasis on engaging of catholic priesthood in them. The country was under influence of revolutionary ferment, which rose from Marxism. Priests of the Catholic Church in Poland stand on the side of arising national movement against revolutionist socialism. The last, mentioned, had not pellucid views neither on the Church nor on the status of Poland on the territory of Polish Kingdom. Means of expression were processions with national and religious emblems and assembly of priesthood in Warsaw in December 1905y. Report stress high clergy presence during very important events for the future of na-tion and life of the Church on territories annexed by the Russia. Report shows that Wincenty Popiel, Warsaw metropolitan, kept distance in relation to priesthood’s growing enthusiasm towards national environment. Calling, Lublin Bishop Jaczewski, non citing in document, lets remember him in 100 anniversary of his death (died 23 VII 1914). Report, provides a background for better understanding of his bishop’s service, by laying particular stress on historical turning-point of 1905 y.

The history of Jesus of Nazareth makes always the very important subject of Theology and practice of the Church. Taking the criterion of events as the key of interpretation of Gospel according to Luke, the author proposes the analysis of work of Luke. Biblical exegesis doesn’t often lay an accentuation on the history which constitutes one of essential elements of Gospel – in this case the one according to St. Luke. A lot of events narrated there allow to follow the evangelical narration. The event which constitutes the historical top is the Pesah of Jesus Christ. The events searched and qualified help to elaborate some literal structure of the Gospel which is the matter. Entirety of evangelical work of Luke may be conceived better through an effort to give the new title to the Gospel. The following title: The historical narration of Jesus Christ the founder of the Church permits better apprehend the ecclesiastical aspect of the Gospel according to St. Luke.

Seventieth of XIX century were very hard for Catholic Church in Polish Kingdom. Main reason was aim for independency in Poles' hearts. Deeply connected with polish nation, Church suffered because of Tsar' political repression. Although different stages of its history are not closely connected with post uprising's repressions. Report of French General Consulate in Warsaw bearing a date 1869 stress accent on same kind of the Catholic Church persecutions, which were undertaken against bishops and diocese administrators, and some of them were died during deportation on Siberia, north or south Russia. HIerarchy was put in difficult position. They had to choose or to subordinate so called Rome Catholic Spiritual Council in Petersburg or stay by the Apostolic See side. Bishop Konstanty Łubieński is acknowledged as the first Vivtim of the repressions. Outlook upon history of persecutions, which is presented, shows not only Church but points out harmful consequences Russia's politycs in the Church and society of the Polish Kingdom. Cited archival source lets us know way of looking and analysing history during 1861-1869 by French diplomats.
