The article outlines problems of the European Union’s politics conducted towards the states of North Africa and the Middle East. Up till now, the EU’s activities of offering support to carry out political reforms have proven insufficient in the face of revolutionary abrupt changes which took place in North African states. Therefore it is reasonable to reorganize European politics in this matter. There are many questions raised, e.g. how the EU should endeavour permanent order and peace in these regions? In general, should the EU take any steps in this regard?
