W artykule przedstawiono zarówno teoretyczne jak i praktyczne aspekty pozyskiwania wiedzy za pomocą jednej z najbardziej popularnych metod, tj. szkoleń.

The management of contemporary enterprise in a constantly changing environment demands knowledge, and especially acquiring knowledge, to play a bigger and bigger role in achieving success by the enterprise. The effective course of the process of gaining knowledge may be treated as a part of a motivation system, a chance for professional development, and also as one of the elements of gaining so important competitive advantage on the market. In this paper, both theoretical and practical aspects of acquiring knowledge by means of one of the most popular methods - training are presented.
