Motivation is an important function of human resource management. Represents the so-called. soft part of management. HRM system is the basis for motivating employees. The article attempts a holistic approach to the problem of motivation in human resource management system. The authors focused attention on selected theories of motivation, the motivation and motivating employees work in the context of perception. Article may be a contribution to further discussion on motivation.
