Podstawowym czynnikiem decydującym o wynikach i sytuacji ekonomiczno-finansowej przedsiębiorstwa działającego w sferze produkcyjnej jest wielkość zamówień na wytwarzane wyroby czy usługi. W skali makro czynnik ten stanowi podstawę do oceny koniunktury gospodarczej. Dlatego pakiet zamówień powinien być przedmiotem sprawozdawczości statystycznej. Nie negując obowiązujących w tym zakresie rozwiązań uważam, że zagadnienie to nie jest ujmowane we właściwym zakresie w sprawozdawczości, co utrudnia dokonywanie wiarygodnych analiz. Warto zatem problem ten uczynić przedmiotem dyskusji. (fragment tekstu)

The article covers Author's observations concerning reporting on orders for products based on monthly economic trend survey (AK) as well as on economic activities (DG-1). An economic and financial situation of a producing enterprise depends on sizes of orders for manufactured products or services. Due to the fact orders on hand are the subject of the statistical reporting. The Author does not deny accepted solutions but he thinks that the questions require more attention to conduct reliable estimations as well as analyses. (original abstract)

Elasticity of modular networked organizations leases the quick reaction to changes of turbulent environment and dynamic assets portfolio creation. It is attainable thanks to exploit of opportunities and the increased access to resources and information, without any limits typical for internal development. The expansion of networked structures set up the number of specific problems rising. Location of the part of value chain behind of organization's boundaries (which lines the subjective identity) means asset value growth in form of long term investments. Valuation of these assets may essentially affect the stakeholder point of view because of its connections with fixed assets value, total assets value, the capital structure and equity value. The identification of fairy value financial instruments valuation methods has been done in this article. It has been performed on the background of the other enterprise value interpretations levels. Above mentioned methods have been analyzed in context of their balances informational significance to enterprise stakeholders.

Autor przedstawił ocenę sprawozdawczości statystycznej w systemie zarządzania i kierowania w przedsiębiorstwie. W pierwszej części artykułu omówiono rolę Pierwsza część omawia rolę kwartalnego sprawozdania o przychodach, kosztach i wyniku finansowym oraz nakładach na środki trwałe (F-01/I-01) opracowywanego przez podmioty gospodarcze. Sprawozdanie to jest wykorzystywane w systemie zarządzania i kierowania w pierwszej kolejności przez jednostki sprawozdawcze, jak również przez inne podmioty gospodarcze, m.in. banki, firmy ubezpieczeniowe. Druga część zawiera propozycje najistotniejszych zmian i modyfikacji w kwartalnym sprawozdaniu finansowym F-01/I-01, które pozwolą lepiej analizować sytuacje ekonomiczno-finansową przedsiębiorstwa, jak również szersze wykorzystywać dane przez inne podmioty gospodarcze.

The author prepared an evaluation of reporting objection by their information usability in the managing system of an enterprise. The first part of the paper discusses the role of the F-01/I-01 report in managing as well as the report data use by a reporting entity and other economic entities, i.a. banks, insurance companies. The second part presents some proposals of information extension, which let better analyse the enterprise financial-economic situation as well as more extensive use of the data by other economic entities.(original abstract)
