Wykorzystując podejście sytuacyjne artykuł poddaje badaniu zależności pomiędzy politykami rekrutacji i selekcji a efektywnością organizacji w kontekście fluktuacji i absencji pracowników. Skonstruowany model badawczy został przetestowany w oparciu o badania empiryczne przeprowadzone w 122 polskich organizacjach.

Employing a contingency approach, this paper investigates the dependence between recruitment and selection policies and organizational effectiveness in the context of employee turnover and absenteeism. The built research model was tested on the basis of empirical studies conducted on 122 Polish organizations.
