As part of university teaching it is possible to use the teaching methods and techniques of distance education. Both the design and doing classes on the distance it must be remembered, that they must meet certain requirements. Distance education at the university can only take the form of blended learning, which is a mixed form, where classes are doing partly in the traditional way, and partly remotely. Distance learning classes should take into account both formal ministerial regulations, internal regulation university, as well as informal rules of creating the course. It should be taken into account methodological principles of creating training and preferences of people involved in education. In addition, each participant of this kind of education should know exactly his obligations. As a result, the teaching process is not in doubt as to the form, rights and obligations of users. Therefore, the article presents issues in the design of interactive training. It will show the possibility of using different kinds of course elements, as well as ways of planning the course. This way it will be easier to create a course that during the implementation can become an interesting way of deepening knowledge.

The article reveals the features of interactive training at practical lessons of mathematical disciplines at the Pedagogical University. The author defines the purpose of the article, highlights the ways of using methods and techniques of interactive training in the study of mathematical disciplines at the Pedagogical University. Theoretical and empirical research methods are used to achieve this goal. The analysis of psycho-pedagogical and educational materials; study of the characteristics, forms, methods and technologies of interactive training in higher school; comparative analysis of traditional and interactive training of mathematical disciplines of future mathematics teachers are used among theoretical methods. Study and analysis of the experience of the scientists research who examined the efficiency of technology and interactive teaching methods at practical lessons at the universities; interviews, surveys, questionnaires of students and teachers of mathematics; pedagogical experiment, in which the efficiency of methods and techniques of interactive training at practical lessons of mathematical disciplines for future teachers of mathematics was tested among empirical methods. The article discusses the possibility of introducing elements of interactive training for actualization of basic knowledge, motivation of students, checking homework, noted which technology is better to use for the following lesson stages and given specific examples. The author reveals the possibility of using technology and interactive teaching methods in practical skills of solving problems. The article states that the educational process with the use of interactive training activates the cognitive activity of students, promotes their communicative abilities, creates autonomy in acquiring new knowledge, teaches students to work in the team. The author argues that the implementation of ideas in interactive training contributes to the training of students’ skills for future professional activity and allows maintaining a dialogue between all participants of the educational process that contributes to the accumulation of work experience of students with a large amount of information. There’s an urgent need for further research in this direction as the issue of interactive training of future teachers of mathematical disciplines is extremely urgent and important.

The problem of applying communicative approach to foreign language teaching of students in non-language departments of higher education institutions in a number of countries has been analyzed in the paper. The brief overview of main historic milestones in the development of communicative approach has been presented. It has been found out that “communicative era” in foreign language training of students is already over and the year 2000 has ushered in a “postcommunicative era” which is characterized by reconsidering the basic features of communicative approach and trying to review the generally accepted belief in the unquestionable effectiveness of this approach. It has been noted that communicative approach, based on interactive methods of teaching and creating the atmosphere of natural language environment at class, forms the doctrine of language training in the USA, Malaysia, Serbia, Croatia and in most of West European countries. In China and Saudi Arabia communicative approach to foreign language teaching is combined with traditional method in order to develop all kinds of speech activity. It has been substantiated that minimizing grammar component of students’ foreign language training in favour of forming only communicative skills has brought to fluent but grammatically incorrect speech. It has been proved that the effectiveness of foreign language teaching to a considerable degree depends on applying the integrated training system based on traditional didactics and communicative approach.
