The aim of the article is to study the content characteristics of the preparation of bachelors of primary education in the context of organization of musical-motor activity with children of junior school age. The article substantiates the necessity of preparing a bachelor of primary education for the organization of musical-motor activity with children of junior school age. The functional component of the concept “professional training” of the future teacher of primary school is specified. The necessity of using well-known conceptions of music active learning in the process of organizing musical-motor activity of junior schoolchildren is revealed. The implementation of the tasks defined by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine today largely depends on the teacher who is able to orientate himself in economic, political and social conditions, to understand culture and art, to master scientific information. Most of the scientific definitions of professional training vary on the basis of the following: it is a system of organizational and pedagogical activities that ensures the formation of a person’s professional orientation in knowledge, skills and professional readiness for such activities. The process of preparing a bachelor of primary education for the organization of musical-motor activity should take into account several aspects: the combination of the general pedagogical and musical component, it should be the basis for the formation of musical competencies of the future primary school teachers, and use modern technologies of active music education (rhythmic education of E. Jaques-Dalcroze, conceptions of K. Orff, staging of children’s songs according to V. Verkhovynets). This will help primary school teachers respond to the challenges of the new realities of the educational area. The study offers a perspective for a more in-depth study of the problem, in particular the implementation of the musical preparation of the bachelors of primary education.

The article reveals the essence and content of pedagogical conditions of music integrated teaching of junior pupils. An author describes three groups of pedagogical conditions (methodological, organizational, psychological-pedagogical) which are usually studied by modern scientists. Scientific works and practical approaches to effective pedagogical teaching of junior pupils of such modern scientists as Bushyeva N., Bratanicg O., Goncharenko V., Padalka G., Yatsenko S., Xolodenko V. Except analyzing modern studies, the author gives definition of pedagogical conditions, mentions main pedagogical conditions of integrated music teaching to junior students, and describes specific characteristics of all these issues. Integration of subjects in the course of music to junior pupils is strongly connected with principles of humanism, integration and activating processes, and making the process of teaching narrowly targeted. An idea that creating specific pedagogical conditions will contribute to effective teaching music to junior schoolchildren is produced in the article. The analysis of trends in the implementation of integrated education in the secondary school showed that in modern conditions of development of native pedagogical science takes place theoretical understanding of the role of the development of the creative potential of each student, identifying his creative abilities, creating conditions for the implementation of humanistic, pupil-oriented learning. But in spite of numerous studies on the issue, the methodological aspect of integrated music education of primary school pupils is not widely disseminated. During pilot testing of the effectiveness of implementation of the proposed pedagogical conditions of integrated teaching music have been revealed the main stages of implementation of pedagogical conditions for integrated education, contents of each stage of implementation of the proposed pedagogical conditions and complex methods that were applied. The study showed that there were several factors that had negative impact on formation of a comprehensive knowledge about art, positive motivation to music lessons, namely a tendency of ignoring individual interests, talents, abilities. Thus the tasks, that are relevant today to improve music teaching of junior schoolchildren, are highlighted.

The article analyzes the views on the problem of motivation. The research has been made on the existing approaches, concerning the formation of educational motivation of pupils. The article discloses the notion of motivation, in particular training, highlights the content and leading group of motives. The conditions of formation of educational motivation are characterized. The peculiarities of creating a situation of success in educational activity as subjective mental state meet as a result of overcoming physical or mental stress. For a better transition to the new system of education, which is aimed at developing students’ desire to learn, to achieve their objectives, the priority task is to develop students’ interest and generate positive motivation to learn. The analysis of the literature shows that in a modern psychology and pedagogy there is no unity in the essence of definition of the concept of motivation. Motivation is a multidimensional form of individual motives, needs, goals, intentions, interests, ideals and values. The learning motivation consists of several motives that are constantly changing and enter the new connections with each other. Motivation is one of the most important conditions that ensures the successful development of students’ knowledge, serves them a source of new information and understanding, its language development and self-understanding of the material. There are different approaches to the definition of the essence of motivation that generate different interpretation of motive. Motive is the most important part of the motivational sphere of a person, is the real motivation that causes people to act in certain situations, under certain conditions. The efficiency of educational activity directly depends on the motives, which impulse the primary school children to activity and determine its aspiration. The teacher should develop the motives of education for generating the interest and positive motivation for learning activities. For the formation of educational motives it is important to use situations of cognitive novelty, educational games, educational discussions, cognitive contradictions, a variety of analogies, create situations of success and so on. Forming a positive motivation, the teacher not only develops interest and responsible attitude to teaching in the primary school children, but also contributes to a desire to achieve high results, feel themselves a successful person.
