Wśród różnych sposobów opisu i wyjaśnienia rozwoju przedsiębiorstw znajduje się koncepcja ścieżki zależności. Jest sposobem wyjaśniania, u podstaw którego tkwi założenie o znaczącej roli „nadruku historycznego” dla wyborów strategicznych i osiąganych rezultatów. Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie koncepcji w zakresie umożliwiającym rozpatrywanie w perspektywie zarządzania strategicznego przedsiębiorstwem.

Among various methods of describing and explaining the process of company development, there is the concept of dependency path. This method of explaining is based on the assumption that the “historical overprint” plays a significant role in the strategic choices and the results achieved. The aim of the article is to present the concept as possibly applicable in strategic management.

Среди разных способов описания и объяснения развития предприятий находится концепция пути зависимости. Это способ объяснения, в основе которого лежит предпосылка о значительной роли «исторической надпечатки» для стратегических выборов и достигаемых результатов. Цель разработки – представить концепцию в объеме, предоставляющем возможность рассмотрения в перспективе стратегического управления предприятием.
