W ramach polityki proeksportowej państwa ważną rolę spełnia wsparcie informacyjne eksporterów. Wsparcie to jest realizowane przez wiele instytucji państwowych bądź samorządowych. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań przeprowadzonych w latach 2009–2012 dotyczących korzystania z usług tych instytucji przez polskich eksporterów. Wyniki badań wskazują na małe ich wykorzystanie, zróżnicowane w zależności od rodzaju źródła informacji, a także wielkości przedsiębiorstwa, jego statusu własnościowego czy charakteru działalności. Wskazano także na przyczyny niewykorzystywania omawianych źródeł informacji.

The information support of exporters plays an important role in the state pro – export policy. This support is provided by a number of state and self government institutions. This paper presents the results of research conducted in the years 2009–2012 regarding the use of the services of these institutions by the Polish Exporters. The results indicate a low utilization of these services. The utilization varies depending on the type of source of information, as well as the size of the company, the ownership or the nature of business activity. The reasons for not using these sources of information have been also identified.
