Celem artykułu jest scharakteryzowanie polityki bezpieczeństwa Niemiec oraz tego jak zmieniała się ona wobec wydarzeń w minionych dziesięcioleciach. Polityka bezpieczeństwa jak każda forma zarządzania musi zmieniać się wraz ze zmianą otoczenia, w którym funkcjonuje. Dlatego w niniejszej pracy przedstawione zostaną etapy jej kształtowania w oparciu o bieg historii i jej znaczące wydarzenia. Omówiony został sposób prowadzenia polityki bezpieczeństwa Niemiec za czasów „zimnej wojny”, czas teraźniejszych, a także wskazano kierunki i perspektywy zmian na przyszłość.

The purpose of the article is to characterize Germany’s security policy and how it has been evolving over the past years. Security policy as each form of management must change together with the environment in which it functions. Therefore, the article presents stages of this policy building basing on the course of history and its significant events. The way how Germany’s security policy was pursued in the Cold War period and the present time has been discussed. Moreover, the trends and prospects of changes for the future has been outlined.

W niniejszym artykule zostaną przedstawione informacje na temat polskich jednostek wojsk specjalnych, jakie funkcjonują w Siłach Zbrojnych RP. Przegląd informacji na ta temat po-szczególnych jednostek pozwolił na odpowiedź na pytanie podjętego problemu badawczego zawartego w pytaniu: „która jednostka polskich wojsk specjalnych jest najlepiej przygotowania do realizacji swoich zadań?”. W wyniku procesu badawczego postawiona hipoteza robocza została zweryfikowana pozytywnie. Do weryfikacji hipotezy zastosowano metody teoretyczne takie jak: analiza, synteza, porównanie oraz uogólnienie. Autorzy mieli na celu: przedstawienie charakterystyki głównych polskich jednostek wojsk specjalnych.

The article presents information concerning Polish special forces’ units that function within the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland. The review of infor-mation on particular units allowed answering the question of the research problem, i.e. which Polish special forces unit is best prepared to perform its tasks. In the course of the research process the hypothesis was positively verified. In order to verify the hypothesis the following theoretical methods were applied: analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization. The authors aimed at presenting the characteristics of Polish special forces’ units.
