Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie najważniejszych założeń leżących u podstaw koncepcji komputerowego wspomagania twórczości organizacyjnej. Struktura opracowania oraz zastosowane metody badawcze zostały podporządkowane wyznaczo¬nemu celowi, a zatem, w pierwszej kolejności, dokonano przeglądu literatury przedmio¬tu na temat twórczości organizacyjnej oraz metodologii budowy systemów informatycz¬nych. Następnie zaproponowano nową, wyłaniającą się koncepcję - komputerowego wspomagania twórczości organizacyjnej. Opisano najważniejsze założenie, cele oraz funkcje systemu do wspomagania twórczości organizacyjne. W zakończeniu, wskazano prace wymagające, prowadzenia dalszych badań teoretycznych oraz praktycznych z za-kresu komputerowego wspomagania twórczości organizacyjnej.

The aim of this paper is to provide the main assumptions of IT-based organi¬zational creativity support. The structure of the paper and the used research methods we¬re organized as follows. In first section the background of the subject literature (concer¬ning organizational creativity and design research methodologies) has been conducted. Then, new, emerging framework of IT-based organizational creativity support was pro¬posed and described. The main assumptions, goals and functions of organizational cre¬ativity system were presented. Finally, some further studies on IT-based organizational creativity were indicated.

Artykuł dotyczy stosunkowo nowego zagadnienia w rzeczywistości logistycznej, a mianowicie digitalizacji łańcuchów dostaw. Nieunikniony postęp technologiczny przy jednocześnie coraz trudniejszych warunkach prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej to kluczowe czynniki, które stymulują wzrost poziomu wykorzystania nowoczesnych narzędzi informatycznych do zarządzania zintegrowanymi w ramach łańcuchów ogniwami. Wizja Industry 4.0, a coraz częściej nawet Industry 5.0, uwypukla znaczenie technologii typu IIoT (ang. Industrial Internet of Things) oraz ICT (ang. Information and Communication Technologies). Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie istoty pojęcia inteligentnych łańcuchów dostaw, a także wskazanie możliwości i zakresu zastosowania przykładowych technologii informatycznych kształtujących i wspomagających zarządzanie tego typu łańcuchami. W artykule poza analizą teoretyczną wybranego zagadnienia zamieszczono przykład praktycznej implementacji systemu typu SCADA w firmie produkcyjnej. Opisano proces analizy wdrożeniowej systemu oraz zdefiniowano jego funkcjonalne zadania, w szczególności w zakresie usprawnień procesów logistycznych, a także wskazano kluczowe korzyści dla podmiotu stosującego system, jego dostawców i klientów.

The article discusses the process of digitalisation of the supply chains which is a relatively new issue in logistic reality. While the unavoidable technological progress makes operating a business increasingly difficult, it is also the key factor behind the development of modern it tools for management of integrated supply chains. Vision of Industry 4.0, and more recently Industry 5.0, highlight the importance of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and ICT (Information and Communication Technologies). The aim of this article is to indicate how information technology may shape and support the supply chain management. Apart from theoretical analysis of the issue, the author provides an example of the practical implementation of a SCADA system in a production company. It is a tool that measurably improves both internal processes and positively influences the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire supply chain within which the described entity operates.

Artykuł poświęcony jest analizie możliwości wykorzystania koncepcji lean IT do celów optymalizacji procesów biznesowych i infrastruktury informatycznej organizacji. Rozwój koncepcji lean manufacturing oraz jej realnie pozytywny wpływ na funkcjonowanie przedsiębiorstw stał się uzasadnieniem implementacji zasad i narzędzi lean do wszystkich obszarów działalności organizacji, w tym inżynierii oprogramowania i technologii informatycznych. Dynamiczny rozwój IT staje się równolegle motywem i szansą na realnie skuteczną eliminację powstających w procesach biznesowych marnotrawstw. Analiza trendów oraz kierunków rozwoju IT pozwala wysunąć tezę, iż racjonalizacja i optymalizacja procesów informatycznych z wykorzystaniem technik i narzędzi lean będzie priorytetowym zagadnieniem na najbliższe lata.

The article concerns the application of the lean IT conception to optimize business processes and organization’s IT infrastructure. The development of the lean manufacturing conception and its positive impact on the functioning of the company became the justification for the implementation of the lean principles and tools to all areas of the organizations including software engineering and information technology. The dynamic development of IT becomes both reason and opportunity for effective elimination of waste emerging in business processes. Analysis of trends and directions of IT development allow to advance a thesis that the rationalization and optimization of IT processes using the tools of lean IT will be a priority for the coming years.
