The author of the study explores new trends and technologies in the education process. Creativity is widely regarded as the main competence of the 21st century which determines the effective and responsible activity of individuals. All teachers should make an effort to develop this competence in their teaching/learning process. This article presents the results of research aimed at the diagnosis and description of ways to develop creativity among students at the secondary school level. The study sample included 337 teachers from Małopolska. The results of the research helped to determine what didactic methods and modern teaching resources teachers use to develop the creativity of teenaged students.

For a few years we have observed the process of development of the simulation companies. On the one side they can enrich the offer of different educational units. On the other side, they serve to make the existing, traditional model of economic studies more attractive and complete it with the education of practical professional skills. Thriving of the simulation companies is caused by many reasons, mainly related to the transformation of the political and legal systems in our country. Free market and competition evoked the sudden demand for the well-educated, modern managers who can cope with the requirements set forth by the state undergoing the transformation process. The dynamic Polish economy needs the specialists who posses not only broad theoretical background but also hands-on knowledge of modern techniques implementation. All those factors require of the educational units, especially economy high schools, to look for such education methods that will be able to meet market needs and make their educational offer more attractive. Simulation company is to be an image of the authentic economic unit where all office and commercial operations are identical as those carried out in a real company except from product (service) and money which are fictitious. Such a company will allow, already at the high school level, for the completion of the student's knowledge with the education of the practical economic activities.

Celem rozważań jest przedstawienie istoty edukacji przyszłych menadżerów w zakresie Społecznej Odpowiedzialności Biznesu (CSR) oraz sformułowanie zaleceń dotyczących edukacji w tym obszarze dla szkół biznesu. W artykule przedstawiono istotę koncepcji CSR oraz omówiono aktualne trendy w jej rozumieniu przez szeroko rozumiany biznes z uwzględnieniem stosowanych formuł i narzędzi. Następnie na podstawie dostępnych badań zaprezentowano stan wiedzy na temat CSR w społeczeństwie, wśród menadżerów i studentów kierunków biznesowych na świecie i w Polsce. W ostatniej części artykułu omówiono istniejące standardy edukacji w zakresie CSR i zrównoważonego zarządzania w zakresie programów, treści oraz metod kształcenia. Na bazie przeprowadzonych badań literaturowych sformułowano rekomendacje dla polskich szkół biznesu w zakresie zintegrowanego kształcenia w obszarze CSR i odpowiedzialnego zarządzania. Artykuł jest przeglądem literatury.

An aim of considerations is to present the essence of education of future managers as regards corporate social responsibility (CSR) and to formulate recommendations concerning education in this area for business schools. In her article, the author presented the essence of the CSR concept and discussed the up-to-date trends in understanding thereof by business in a broad sense, taking into account the applied formulas and tools. Next, based on the accessible research, she presented the state of knowledge of CSR in the society, among managers and students in the business fields of studies across the world and in Poland. In the last part of the article, the author discussed the existing standards of education as regards CSR and sustainable management in the area of curricula, contents and methods of education. Based on the carried out literature studies, she formulated recommendations for Polish business schools as regards the integrated education in the area of CSR and responsible management. The article is an overview of literature.

In the article the author discusses lesson characteristics of selected classes at primary and secondary schools for deaf children. The research of lesson structure and the effects of learning goal and objective implementation during Polish language lessons led to the conclusion that there is a need for a change in teaching methods of hearing-impaired children. The perspective of using methods of foreign language pedagogy in teaching hearing impaired children in order to achieve the intended learning effects opens the research barely explored in Polish science. Based on the collected material it was noted that a necessity exists to verify the approach to teaching deaf and hard-of-hearing people Polish language, because the current teaching methods are ineffective.

W artykule opisano cechy jednostki lekcyjnej w wybranych klasach szkoły podstawowej i gimnazjum w szkole dla dzieci niesłyszących i słabosłyszących. Badania struktury lekcji oraz efekty realizacji celów i zadań dydaktycznych lekcji nauki o języku polskim przyniosły konstatację o potrzebie zmian w nauczaniu osób niesłyszących języka polskiego. Perspektywa zastosowania metod glottodydaktycznych w nauczaniu dzieci z dysfunkcją słuchu w celu uzyskania zamierzonych efektów kształcenia otwiera pole badawcze mało jeszcze eksplorowane na gruncie polskiej nauki. Na podstawie zebranego materiału zwrócono uwagę na konieczność zweryfikowania podejścia do nauczania języka polskiego osób niesłyszących i słabosłyszących, ponieważ dotychczasowe metody nauczania są nieefektywne.

Racjonalizm działalności w sferze czasu wolnego człowieka winien być oparty na wyraźnie sprecyzowanych celach oraz stosowaniu skutecznych metod ich osiągania. Istotne sposoby realizacji wolnoczasowych potrzeb rekreacyjnych obejmuje metodyka rekreacji, będąca niejako naukowym systemem. Bardzo ważnym ogniwem w działalności rekreacyjnej jest osoba organizatora a jednocześnie realizatora zajęć. Od poziomu m.in. jego wiedzy metodycznej oraz umiejętnie przyjętych sposobów realizacji zadań dydaktycznych zależy efektywność i atrakcyjność ich prowadzenia. Niezbędne jest więc posiadanie przez organizatora dokładnej znajomości dydaktycznych form, metod i środków stosowanych w procesie działalności rekreacyjnej. Stąd też treść pracy stanowi opis wybranych, istotnych składowych metodyki rekreacji fizycznej.

The rationalism of activities in the field of people's free time should be based on clearly stated goals or practicing effective methods of their achievement. The essential ways of performing leisure activities include the methods of recreation which is a scientific system. A very important link in the activity of recreation is the person who both organizes and performs the activities. The effectiveness and attractiveness of the didactic activities depend on the level of the person's methodical knowledge or skillfully accepted ways of doing these activities. It is essential for the person to have a detailed knowledge of the didactic forms, methods and ways which are applied in process of the recreation activities.
