Young people are active participants in social relations. The current state and future development of society, their health, energy and mentality depend on how their thinking and behavior are formed. As we know, modern information society sets the conditions precisely to the intellectual development of the person – his knowledge, possession of information, creativity, ability to solve any problems are count more. Searching by young people for their own behavior model is carried out under the influence of stereotypes. In order to understand the characteristics of the human world, to ensure its intellectual development, it is necessary to deepen and expand our understanding of stereotypes. The aim of the article is generalization and systematization of theoretical knowledge about the nature of social stereotypes as a prerequisite for the intellectual development of youth. In the article the method of scientific generalization, methods of analysis, synthesis and systematic approach are used. The theoretical study, that is done, allows proposing an approach that provides the overcoming of stereotypes and achieves intellectual development of youth by means of purposeful pedagogical influence. The approach is presented in the form of social technology. Social technology includes five stages. The first one is the formation of a complete, constantly updated system of theoretical knowledge about social stereotypes and the phenomenon of stereotyping. The second one is detection of the existing stereotypes of thinking and behavior of today’s youth with the help of socio-psychological methods. The third stage of the technology is the analysis and evaluation of results in terms of their compliance with the requirements of the information society. The fourth and fifth stages of the technology are performed, if the analysis has shown negative results. The presented approach is one of the possible ways to solve the acute social problems – to overcome stereotypes and ensure the intellectual development of youth. In the future attention should be focused on the practical research of the dominant in the mass consciousness of youth stereotypes. Such information will allow drawing conclusions about the social and psychological health of this young generation and society in general, giving a prognosis for the future.

W artykule omówiono prognostyczną funkcję filozofii edukacji. Ponadto wykorzystano współczesny materiał empiryczny, a także ważne omówienia problemów filozofii edukacji. Autor udowadnia, że nowoczesna edukacja odnosi się do wielu wymiarów, m.in. świadomego kształcenia i samokształcenia, technologii społecznych i kwestii związanych z rozwojem społeczeństwa, wskazuje również, że głównym wyzwaniem współczesnej edukacji jest umiejętne wykorzystanie teoretycznych idei i zasad. W konkluzji podkreśla, że filozoficzna refleksja wobec faktycznego kształtowania edukacji pełni funkcję prognostyczną, tzn. wyprzedza i warunkuje formułowanie praktycznych zasad i zaleceń na polu kształcenia. Zwraca uwagę, że odpowiednio ukształtowane systemy edukacji umożliwiają właściwe stymulowanie społeczeństwa do osiągania przez nie pożądanych i godziwych rezultatów.

The article considers the prediction function of philosophy of education by means of its study and practical application. The author tries to prove that modern education appears in multiple dimensions such as a conscious education, social technology and simulation of the future society. The author uses modern empirical material, domestic and foreign sources on the problems of the philosophy of education. The task of a modern education is to focus on the practical implementation of theoretical ideas and concepts. The article emphasizes the priority of predictive function of philosophy of education that is why the philosophical analysis has always preceded the formation of practical guidelines and recommendations. Only the system of education makes it possible to model a society and achieve the desired result.

Rozwój i ekspansja technologii Web 2.0 stworzyły nowe możliwości w zakresie zarządzania wiedzą o klientach (Customer Knowledge Management – CKM). Celem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza, w jaki sposób organizacje mogą zastosować rozwiązanie, jakim jest social CRM (technologie web 2.0 zintegrowane z tradycyjnym systemem CRM) w obszarze CKM i zbadać, jakie korzyści mogą z tego wynikać. Aby zrealizować te cele, w artykule przedstawiono koncepcję social CRM (SCRM), różnicę pomiędzy CRM i SCRM oraz przegląd modeli CKM prezentowanych w literaturze. Następnie wskazano możliwości wykorzystania rozwiązań SCRM w procesach zarządzania wiedzą o klientach oraz prezentowano przykłady zastosowania różnych rodzajów mediów społecznych w zarządzaniu różnymi typami wiedzy o klientach.

The recent development and expansion of Web 2.0 technologies have created remarkable opportunities for Customer Knowledge Management (CKM). The goals of this paper are to analyze how organizations can apply Social CRM (social technologies integrated with traditional CRM systems) systems for CKM and to investigate what benefits they may derive from the use of social technologies. To achieve these objectives, the article shows the concept of Social CRM, differences between CRM and SCRM, and a review of CKM models presented in the literature. Then, there are indicated the possibilities of using SCRM solutions in the processes of customer knowledge management, and there are presented examples of the use of different types of social media in the management of different types of customer knowledge.
