Using information technology in crime investigations are attracting more and more scientific attention. Such technologies are often used by law enforcement authorities in combating cybercrime. The word cybercrime means using virtual space, i.e. cyberspace (it’s the author's opinion that it is an information space that is formed by using information and telecommunication systems during the interaction between people, the interaction of information and telecommunication systems and people management of these systems), for criminal activities. The methods for fighting such crimes in the process of special investigation activity should include not only standard techniques, but also the appropriate use of cyberspace. This trend is not only nationwide for Ukraine, after all, the world's methods of special investigative activity through cyberspace is constantly being improved. And this is not a coincidence. In this article the question of the special investigative actions through cyberspace in different states (Germany, Russian Federation, United Kingdom, United States of America, Ukraine) is probed. A difference between “special investigative actions” and “investigative actions” is exposed. Some ways in which the fight against cybercrime is carried out in different countries, are considered. A change in the legislation of Ukraine in relation to the use of cyberspace by law enforcement authorities is suggested.

The identity is one of the key issues of modern society and when we take into account the influence of media and information technologies on the livelihoods of individuals then it becomes clear how fast identities have been changing and how qualitative transformations they suffered. In the post modern times computers present an unavoidable decor of present but simultaneously they entice with their utilities all users of this scientific and technical paradigm. Social identity is not what it used to be and its relatively loose structure comprises a sequence of even non consistent characteristics of the structure of identity that have not even been imaginable, until recently, in a such configuration they exist today. New technologies and the way people spend their time at work or their free time determine the development and establishing of the identity structure whilst new specific identities have appeared due to free access to information with the whole latitude of using new media. This phenomenon often reflects on what we refer to as generation gap and additionally on everything that democratic and neo-liberal environment supports in terms of certain behavioral patterns acceptance. Computers, mobile phones of new generation and the Internet, as the totality of informational domain, have offered the post-structural multiversity pandemic of a new world that changed in as much it conceived the pluralism of identities and brand new assemblies of values and attitudes. The onset of a new world was possible due to the concept of a new human that appeared, who has a general common denominator in information technologies.

Information technologies in the article are considered as forms and methods of information transfer through the newest facilities and tools. Due to information technologies a future teacher can work in his own rhythm and in accordance with his demands. It is pointed out that large possibilities in the increase of efficiency of the teaching process and methodological activity of the teacher in the education process give information technologies. Most fully their capabilities are disclosed for use in the classroom. Information technologies give future teachers an access to electronic-methodological material, they can work in a communicative environment in real time or choose facilities that will give an opportunity to create and check the message. Information education technologies are perspective enough for the increase of creative activity of all the participants of the education process. The author analyzes the prerequisites that should encourage the teacher to use information technologies effectively, namely: the necessary facilities (computers, hardware, software); information culture of the teacher that involves the mastery of specific skills by the teacher, which testify to his mastery of the computer as an average experienced user; significant educational experience; knowledge of techniques for the effective use of computer programs; the availability of appropriate pedagogical software, that meet the requirements of the educational programs of these disciplines. The use of information technologies provides an opportunity to address such topical issues as the use in learning the achievements of advanced information technologies; improvement of skills of independent work of students in the information databases and the Internet; improving education, improving the learning of students, the opportunity to make the learning process more interesting and informative.

Until recently in India women from the middle and higher classes rarely worked outside their homes. They were exposed to several unfavourable social and economic conditions that accompanied them from birth and limited their access to education and the labour market. However, the economic change in India in the last 30 years enabled the development of new professions that allow women with middle and higher education to find employment. One of those industries is Information Technology (IT) where India is firmly established as a world leader. The article aims to present and analyse research on the situation of women in the IT industry, which I conducted in September 2022 in Pune, an Indian city located in the state of Maharashtra. Except for Bangalore, Pune is one of the main Indian centres for companies from the IT sector, which employed over 500,000 people in 2019 (Pune’s population in 2022 was 5 million, the 7 largest in terms of population in India1). The first part of the article presents the situation of women in India and cultural expectations towards them with emphasis on the newly created middle class, an explanation of the transition from the caste system to the class system and the interpenetration of these two systems. Then I will focus on the situation in Maharashtra and Pune – the city where the research has been conducted. The second part presents the situation of women in the labour market in India and the situation of women in the labour market in the field of information technology services. In the third part results of the author’s field research are presented, which focus on the following aspects of women’s work: family (parents’ attitude, social background, search for a husband – the situation on the matrimonial market, household duties, motherhood, place of residence), education (the relationship between education and the work position held, study experience in India and abroad), treatment in the workplace (discrimination, earnings), safety (on the way to work and in the workplace).
